I gave the hotel four stars because the things that need to be fixed are so easy to take care of. That said, someone does need to take care of them, and clearly no one is on top of this sort of small stuff. If these issues aren't rectified, it's no more than a three. First, the pros - great...

I loved this hotel. Staff was really nice, we arrived earlier than check in time and they offered us something to drink and a chocolate with the shape of the Dom tower. The suite was terrific, with a bathtube in the room with views on the city. Really romantic.

Nice size room with very comfy bed and great quality bed linen. Lift a little unusual and if you don't like lifts much maybe best to avoid. Room layout somewhat unorthodox with open bath in one corner of the room, bathroom sink in another corner of the room and shower cubicle in another corner of the room. So inconvenient and...

We attended a large wedding party and stayed at the hotel. All food was first rate and beautifully presented. Good wine. Staff very caring and helpful. Friendly bar. Rooms were very different, nicely furnished, a bit quirky, bed very comfortable. Great place to stay as street not busy and close to shops and landmarks.

Situated in the very center of Utrecht, very close to the cathedral and the Dom tower, The Dom hotel is a nice very small hotel with big and nice rooms and very friendly staff. Price is reasonable for such quality.

Given their higher-end rate/night, we were expecting a clean, well-maintained room with above average service. Unfortunately, that's not what we experienced during our four night stay. They have so many things going for this place (location, beautiful interior and restaurant), so it's a shame management doesn't pay more attention to their hotel guests vs. their restaurant guests. Pros: Location: great...

Location is fantastic, next to the Dom church and tower. Atmosphere is relaxed, 'hip', room we had was great! But... Much too warm. 26 degrees in september is rare, but the room was boiling when we got there, and there is no airco in this old (monumental?) building, so a cheap fan in the room had to cool it down...

Oh my, what a gorgeous property this is -- beautifully renovated with amazingly friendly, attentive staff -- and only one block from the Dom and the Center of Utrecht. The corner suite we were assigned had a comfortable king bed, a spa bath, and separate shower and toilet -- this was almost larger than our New York apartment! It was...

Visted there last weekend, had a super time. Location was great. Pity that the restaurant was closed but they advised us to go to le Jardin, which was an easy 10 min walk. Super food there. Also found a great Greek restaurant. Breakfast I thought was a little pricey. But we needed to leave early on the Sunday and staff...
