Clean and just for sleep is good. Bathroom too smal, literally you step into it turn and sit in the toilet, then stand up step into the tiny shower, if you are not avarege size then struggle to close the shower door. Room had 2beds and a table and 2little stool or bedsidetable, handwashsink , tv.hairdryer, towels(clean everyday). My inly...

Stayed at Flipper Hotel last weekend, Friday till Monday. When we arrived at the hotel, we thought it was a joke. When we booked a double room - we had two single beds and couldn't fit even the two smallest suitcases on the floor. We had to share a bathroom, so running through the corridor in a towel wasn't fun....

Visited during a low budget trip, and this was a really comfortable place to come back to. Despite the rooms being tiny, they were clean with basic amenities like a kettle and hair dryer, etc provided. The location also was good, close to a tram station.

Was rather unsure as to what we'd get due to the amount of negative reviews, but we plumbed for it anyway as it was the only place we could afford during our stay. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful, room was ok size wise with 4 single beds for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids, with onsuite shower room....

I was a little put off by some reviews but still stayed with a friend last week. Staff was super friendly (particularly a woman named Maria, I think) and helpful, and the room was fairly clean. We also had a hair drier and a kettle, which were very useful. I loved the simplicity of it, would recommend. On our last...

Nice and clean basic room with all your essentials , great location if your wanting to be local to everything. Tram and train stations all within 5-10 mins walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly , they told us how to...

Clean budget hotel. We were visiting someone overnight and needed a place to the head down. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel is well connected to the city with Trams 12 and 4. I know Amsterdam well, this place is not remote by any stretch. You could walk to the Rijksmuseum in 15 mins. And it's beside De Pijp...

After reading some unsatisfactory reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. We stayed in a quadruple room, and although it was slightly on the small side, it didn't bother us and I found it incredibly reasonable for the price. I was most impressed with the kind and helpful staff. After returning to the UK,...

We chose to book this hotel as it was cheap. We booked three nights there, at a cost of around 130 euros, or 40 ish per night. Firstly, although it doesn't look it on a map, it is pretty far out of the main town. Forget walking to town and back, unless you only intend to get back to the...

We was here for 3 nights, it was my first time abroad so I was expecting top notch on everything. It's homely and the staff are super helpful. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful with a variety of choices. The room was small and the sink leaked a little but other than that I would highly recommend this place...
