Our stay with Peter and Wolter was so special for us, they were the best of hosts and couldn't have provided a more perfect atmosphere. Their home and accommodation is a delight and have thought of everything, nothing was too much trouble. We loved sharing our breakfast together each morning with Peter and Wolter and I found it hard to...

It's a home away from home only someone else is doing the cleaning 😀 Peter and Walter made us feel so welcome. Each breakfast was a fest and the rooms are comfy and spotless. The Single canal view from each room's window, makes you feel like you got the best seat in the house to watch the show called Amsterdam. Will...

I have no reason to change what I wrote last year : Everything is perfect here, but the hospitality of Peter & Walter really made the difference for us. The location is superb and we just walked everywhere. We stayed at the Green Suite which is a 45 m2 suite with everything you need and more ... Breakfast is a...

This was our first visit to Amsterdam and our stay at Kamer 01 was the best part of our trip. The Green Room was just a wonderful retreat for my wife, son and I. The most exquisite combination of comfort, luxury and warmth. The room was always impeccable. The pièce de résistance was the 4-post bed, so comfortable and a...

Kamer 01 was perfection. Hosts Pieter and Wolter were keen to please and delivered an exceptional experience. Pieter's warm and laconic style, matched with Wolter's energy and enthusiasm combined in such a way as to make us feel that Kamer01 was our home away from home. Travellers Tip: don't miss breakfast. It's not a meal, it's more an orchestrated performance...

A hint about this place: They warn you about the original spiral staircase multiple times. It's narrow and steep, as many staircases in Amsterdam are, but we were not prepared for HOW narrow they were. It's no joke. If you plan to bring anything more than a very small carry on, you better book the Green Room on the ground...

I and my husband had an amazing stay in Kamer01 - this is a place where I see us returning year after year. Peter was the most welcoming host, and we loved our blue room and the decor. Location in the canal district couldn't be better with bookshops, cafés and restaurants spreading everywhere around the B&B. Already looking forward to...

We stayed for two nights in this amazing Bed and breakfast. From the large contemporary bedrooms to the amazing breakfast it was a great pleasure to stay here. We especially loved coming back after a hard day sightseeing and sitting at the breakfast table drinking our complementary wine and watching the world go on outside. A truly fantastic place with...
