Very centrally located with a lot of amenities only a walk away. Its pretty basic, but god enough for a short break. Rooms were cosy but nicely decorated. and clean! I was a bit worried about this place as had not so great reviews before going, but I luckily had a good experience and would go back if travelling on a budget.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are very very small, no space to walk at all. The walls and ceiling are so thin, you can hear everything all night. There is no air con and the heat during our stay was unbearable. The shower was dirty but worked ok. The location is great and the staff were helpful. The vending machine was broken and stole money from us. There was nobody in the reception to help get it back. We booked three rooms, a pending transaction was taken a week before our stay. Just a heads up, pending transactions were taken over a week before our stay.

Such a great find. This hotel was in a great location we could walk everyware from it and was also close to the tram stop and a 5 min walk to the bus stop for the airport bus. Views over the canal - so nice to wake up to. The only downside was the bathroom was so tiny and the walls were thin we could hear the people above us. Apart from that the hotel was clean and the beds cosy - would stay again.

I am really disappointed that despite advising us other the phone in March this hotel seem unwilling to change the date of our booking. Our holiday was obviously cancelled due to Coronavirus and we contacted the hotel straight away to advise of the new dates we would like to book. They have refused to adhere to this, despite us following the procedure advised and emailing a link that they sent us. We were told a refund would not be possible from the outset which we can understand but at least let us change the booking?! Very disappointed. I would advise future guests to book somewhere else for peace of mind.

The hotel is really close to the city center, which means you don’t need to use the metro or the tram. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms (the walls) are not good isolated, sometimes you could hear the ppl from the other rooms, and we could hear the footsteps from the ppl above.
