This was an inexpensive hotel about 20 mins walk from Central Station but once you are at the hotel you are close to the Canal Cruise of my choice and also within short walking distance of the Museum Square. Small, narrow room. Clean bathroom. Adequate and a good deal for a quick overnight stay. Free breakfast.

Second time staying at this hotel even got the same room. Hotel is still as good as it was when I was here the last time. Staff were always happy to help and really friendly. Room was clean and also the bathroom, would recommend having more towels and toilet roll for the bathroom but everything worked fine. Staying here in...

About 15 of us stayed here on a stag do. The rooms were all decent and clean and comfortable. Some of us had shared bathrooms but this wasnt too much of an issue. The rooms were of a decent size. All rooms in Amsterdam are quiet small but these were above average. The hotel staff were friendly and informative. I...

Do yourself a favour and AVOID this hotel. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've been in some dodgy places. Imagine a hotel room WITHOUT a power point except for the one connecting the TV two third up the wall resulting in mobile phone dangling midair. The steps to the front door were confrontational ......

Had to be in Guinness world record book. The bedroom door had been cut at an angle to pass the toilet door, they both hit the bed too,so...

My actual travel dates were May 2011 and all I can say is avoid this place at all costs. The staff weren't helpful, don't think they really care( more interested in smoking right at the front door, I almost had to walk around a member of staff smoking to get in, not professional) The lift was broken, the hallways were...

Hotel in great location and round the corner from shops, bars and restaurants. Great access to trams to travel around the city... Hotel itself is clean and tidy, staff helpful and polite. Nothing special just an easy place to stay and commute from when in the Dam. Rooms quite basic and small. Stairs obviously very steep and difficult to climb...

Poor. Avoid rooms below ground floor, small and stank like a fungus or sewer. the sprayed the room and hallway every day with toilet refresher and the hall and staircase stank marihuana each day. Dont pay 10 Euro for breakfast. Better to take a walk and buy it somewhere else. The location is great as the 197 bus from/to the...

The hotel was ok for the price. I have seen worse hotels that are more expensive. My wife and I stayed in a double room. The walls are paper thin since I could hear every twist and turn my neighbors made on their bed next door and the curtains were very thin. The rooms were a bit dilapidated but it...
