Stay here for a night.. the location very strategic.. near tram station, only 70 meters walk.. you can find a lot of restaurants few meters from the hotels.. near to the heineken brewery museum.. The hotel staff very helpful and always put a smile on their face. The building it self, from my perspective, it's an old building and newly...

Mohammed in reception was very helpful. Rooms were small but clean, modern and fresh looking. showers were powerful, hair dryer and kettle in room. Breakfast was great, including bacon, eggs, cereals, fruit, juices, tea and coffee. Highly recommended for a short break.

Stayed three nights with family members for us it was the perfect location-quiet but very easy to get into centre by walking or tram. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff could not be more friendly or helpful & breakfasts excellent. Rooms were small but we didn't want to spend daytime in them & more importantly beds were comfortable & showers brilliant..Happy...

The hotel is in a good location albeit on the outer canal. Still walkable into town or take the number 4 tram. Slightly confusing that the Ibis Styles City is four doors down on the same street but not a big deal even if you do try to check-in to the wrong one. The rooms are in a townhouse and...

Hotel undergoing external renovation so expect workmen outside window and drilling from around 8:30am (dated 3 April 2017). Good location. Don't hire bikes from this hotel, badly maintained. Skip over the road to a bike rental company

A group of us went for 5 nights We had a great time. Some rooms were smaller than others but other than that we don't have one single complaint. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were exceptionally good. Really helpful!! An extra mention to the girl at breakfast... She was a breath of fresh air, who started our day off...

Stayed here for a long weekend as a group of three girls. Found the hotel very easily with a straight tram ride on no. 4 from central station to Stadhourskade, the hotel is 2 min walk from this stop. Check in was very easy and quick! The room was lovely and very clean. We also found the room was spacious...

Being our first stay in Amsterdam we found it quite easy to get here from central station by jumping on tram no.4 and this brings you to the stop of Stadhourskade and to your left is the hotel which is a 2min walk along side of the canal. The hotel room was adequate in size and nice and clean. We were...

Perfect for the museum district, short walk to the Heineken and Rijksmuseum.Easy to get to from central station, tram 4 will take you almost to the front door. The hotel is in an old house so the rooms are very small but there was a good tv, safe and hairdryer. Found the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this...

The location is perfect! Very close to the tram / train station and walking distance going to Van Gogh Museum. Rooms are just so small but clean and staff are friendly as well. I would recommend this for those who are looking in a budget and a perfect location in the city centre.

Staying in De Pijp

Neighbourhood Profile
De Pijp
Bustling Albert Cuypstraat serves as the main drag through De Pijp and the location for Albert Cuyp Market, the largest and most famous of Amsterdam’s many outdoor markets. Beyond this sometimes-frantic thoroughfare, tiny lanes beckon urban explorers in search of the latest trends and hidden gems. Nearly half the residents living in De Pijp are foreigners and a good number of them are students. Here you'll find a multitude of ethnic restaurants, great cafes and bars, and a brilliant array of locally owned shops, all catering to a broad range of budgets and tastes.
