We just spent one week at La Boheme and had a fab time. Biggest asset is the location - its really central right beside the main drag either north or south so everything is really accessible. Another big plus on the location front is the access from the airport - the 197 bus (4 euros) stops at Leidesplein which is...

We ended up in Amsterdam as our last vacation before heading home. We took the bus from the airport & it was only a block away from the stop. We were so pleased with our stay at La Boheme! It's in an amazing location - within walking distance of sightseeing opportunities, shopping, eating & night life. There's a laundry mat...

Great location, great staff, great hospiality all at a reasonable price. We were in a double on the top floor and luckily my wife and I are in pretty good shape as the stairs are challenge, but at least you know you're burning calories. Internet in the room needs boosting, but you can always sit in the bar/reception.

Great location, close to transport, good restaurants, museums and local attractions. Rooms are small but adequate if you're just sleeping there. The stairs are very steep and narrow so not suitable for everyone. The staff are very helpful and informative. They are happy to go the extra mile and let me use their computer/printer and also stored my luggage while...

Positive. Close to major attractions but without crowds of people in the street. Good breakfast. It is easy to get to the station. Negative. Wi-Fi in the room is very slow and continuously terminates. So practically there is no internet in room. Some of the staff give inaccurate information about the location of a particular institution

Clean and simple accommodation with great breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Accommodation in Amsterdam can be very expensive, so if you're looking for a clean place to sleep, this is it. Rooms are simple and small with adequate bathroom. Great location just off Leidsplein and so close to buses and trams. Quick and cheap bus ride from the airport. While...

Welcomed into a nice and clean reception. Lots of useful information provided at the reception. Free map was provided. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us useful details whenever we had queries. The stairway was really narrow and dangerous. Room was clean. Toilet was nice but no soap/shampoo provided. There was no kettle and no free coffee as well....

Great location and staff was wonderful! Their friendliness and willing to help - from letting us into our room early, printing out museum tickets for us and great recommendations for places to eat! Room for 3 was roomy enough and bathroom altho small was clean and just right. We had front facing rooms and altho noisy we could still sleep...

Fantastic little hotel, very central to everything. Staff were great with assisting with any enquiry. Mimi the cat greets all guests. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel I would recommend this little hotel to anyone, except those who would have trouble with steep stairs or don't like cats

All true what they say. Excellent location (get the 1,2 or 5 tram straight from station to Light Square and it's around corner 100m; and to get to and from airport, the airport bus is just across the road, regular, quick and only 4 Euros). For Amsterdam it's great value, clean and comfortable, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nice...
