Where do I start with the good points which is location and they printed our boarding passes off and mattress was soft also shared shower and w/c was clean. Now the bad ridiculous amounts of noise from within the hotel and from the street below. No coffee/tea making facilities in room no towels. Breakfast shocking carpets up the stairs threadbare....

The hotel was located in a good central location although it still looked like a building site with open access to building work on each floor. The rooms were clean and tidy as well as the shared toilet and shower facilities but were only located on two floors (if you were on the 4th floor as I was you have...

When we arrived, the hotel looked like it was still in the process of being built: wood, tools and pieces of carpet in every corner. The stairs were narrow and uneven (no elevator). The room was extremely basic with the thinnest walls I have ever encountered; we could hear our neighbours conversation. In the middle of the night, we also...

Good things about the hotel are the location to the train station, Dam square and other tourist attractions. Our room 211 was absolutely fine - clean comfortable beds and bathroom. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment at this time but it didn't affect our stay. The breakfast was only ok and there isn't a wide selection but the croissants were...

Good location, close to the train station, and right in the center. I would not say that the location is clean, maybe average. Doors and walls...really thick, you can hear every single noise from the stairs. Really difficult to get luggage up the stairs to the upper floors. Staff ...depends...some really nice ones or moody ones.

Had to trek up to the 4th floor but what a view! Room was clean on arrival. Had everything u could need for a basic stay. We only really slept there. No problems at all. 2 great coffee shops in spitting distance. Will let you drop your bags off earlier than check in time. Good little place.

If you have an extra £50 to spare, go geat AirBNB or a proper hotel. This "hotel" is more like a hostel and very very very basic. If you aren't very fussy about facilities though this is perfect for you. Wifi was very slow too so if you don't have free roaming, don't expect too much on their wifi.

This was supposed to be out crash pad for a night and it was exactly what we expected. A bit hard to find despite close proximity to train station. Room was small, our major issue was that it was in the basement. It was like being in a cave with a very small tiny window near ceiling. Room was ok,...
