The "nine" streets is an adorable and upscale place to stay. Hotel IX is run like a hotel but with the comfort and love of a B&B. Merrel and Susan are so professional and helpful with an "anything you need" attitude. Their recommendations were fabulous. Our room, Wolvenstraat, was perfectly quiet, immaculately clean and modern, and such a comfortable bed....

Small boutique lodging in the middle of a great location, Nine Streets, in Amsterdam with lots of small restaurants and hip shops surrounding. Our family had two rooms - both were very nicely decorated and quite spacious with a sitting area, small fridge, and bedroom. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and modern with bath amenities. Super easy...

This hotel ticks all the boxes, great location, great style, super clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. We spent 5 nights in the Wolvenstraat suite and we really did not want to leave. Amsterdam is a great city and this is a great hotel. The room was large, spotless and comfortable. The stocked fridge and coffee maker was a nice bonus....

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a delightful night at Hotel IX. Susan and Merel quickly responded to our emails. We got to the hotel at noon after a long flight and Susan greeted us warmly and already had our room ready. The hotel is in a fun area with lots of boutiques and shops, though it was quiet...

Great communication with prompt replies through email. Hotel is in central location, safe and quiet. Room spacious with well stocked mini-bar (including a bottle of wine) and hotel wifi available. Landlady respond quickly to our request for the room to be warmer at night. Great service. Enjoyed our stay immensely and will stay there again when we visit the city...

We had a 4 night stay in Hotel IX, the communication with the landladies in beforehand was uncomplicated, you get all important facts via mail, small special requests also are possible. The hotel is located in a very unique area of Amsterdam amidst the Canal District. Nice little shops and cafés, as well as museums and other sightseeing-spots are just...

This was the perfect stay for my wife and me. Everything from prompt and helpful communication right after booking the hotel, to accommodating requests like getting fresh flowers for my wife for our arrival, to recommendations for for nice restaurants (all great!), all the way to personal interactions and genuine care for our comfort. I can't say enough about our...

Hotel 1X Amsterdam An amazing small boutique Hotel in the “9 Streets” area, even now I feel lucky that I was able to stay there for 4 nights I booked ‘Runstraat suite' –one floor above street level and street side …. could be noisy - but you know that when you book this room (I use ear plugs) Huge room,...

We rented three rooms for two nights. The rooms are spacious, wonderfully decorated, clean, and quiet. The location is in the heart of everything. Short walks to museums, dam square, and Anne Franke house. Two of the rooms also has separate sitting/dining rooms.

We are just staying in this jewel boutique hotel perfectly located in 9 street area Amsterdam, where you can shop until you drop and enjoy a night out near all the little Amsterdam rivers. The host we saw was super friendly, spending time for giving recommendations and preparing separate beds for us. The rooms are a beautiful combination of the...
