I approached this hotel with some trepidation, as I found some negative reviews that were troubling. Nevertheless, we went with this hotel - which had everything we wanted (canal view, location convenient to but not "in" the center, and included breakfast) - and I'm glad we did. While others complained about their admittedly absurd practice of charging for additional coffee...

This hotel worked out very well for my solo stay. I felt safe and it was conveniently located. As others have said, the rooms are small but I had all the space I needed and I wasn't there to be in the hotel anyway! And I really enjoyed the view.

When I made a last minute booking I made a mistake with my email. Apparently, the confirmation email was sent to someone and they cancelled my booking thinking it was a mistake. When I arrived a few hours later after making my booking, I was suprised to find out that my room had been cancelled and rented out. I asked...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in June 2016, the staff were very accommodating, it was nice to have a breakfast included in a small location and the room was well equipped. The view outside the hotel onto one of the canals was nice and the hotel is well located not too central, but not too far and...

Stayed here for a weekend with three boys. Super friendly staff supply you with maps, and tips on public transportation. Rooms modern in style, beds comfortable. Bath rooms must have been redone recently as they were top modern as well as squeaky clean.

It's advertised as having free WiFi but we did not actually get it for most of our stay. I asked on the first day if the WiFi is as bad everywhere in the hotel and we were told that 'there have been no other complaints about that room.' Firstly this comment is not helpful and secondly I highly doubt that...

Great location , rooms are small ,staff are friendly & helpful. Its a basic hotel but the price is reasonable & reflects what you get. Breakfast could be a bit better - more choice but the hotel is lovely & quiet & friendly .

The staff was helpful. The room was extremely small, but clean. We could hear the toilet flush in the room above us and we could also hear people walking up and down the stairs, so we didn't get much sleep. There was also an awful smell in the reception area.

I spent five nights in this hotel, sharing a so called linked room with our adult daughter. It is a great room for a very good price for two people who require some privacy : it is actually a combination of two small rooms, each one with its own exit to the hall, with one joint facility and a connecting...

The location is excellent and quiet! However, the double rooms are almost the size of a shoe box. I stayed in a 5th floor room and the heat in February was unbearable. I switched the heating off and opened the windows which helped but I dont usually do this in February when its cold and raining. The Duvet was so...
