Spent a few nights at Hotel Agora. The location is great, breakfast was nice, and the staff was very welcoming. BUT, the room was very average and could be cleaner, the bed was very uncomfortable. The towels weren't replaced every day and the room hasn't been cleaned, besides doing the bed sheets.

Perfect location and a wonderfull staff. The young guy on the reception helped us with all our questions and was very kind. cozy beds and the breakfast was excellent. Only negative side was the noise during the night. There is a club next to the hotel which was not nice when you want to sleep. I will come again for...

I had a confirm booking for 4 nights and reached the hotel after long flight . The person who was at reception ridiculously rude, arrogant . When I asked about my booking he said today the hotel is full and this is the room that you have allocated . There was a discussion with as it was not up to...

I stayed here last week. Location is excellent! 10 minutes away from Madame Tessauds and the Dam square and the metro stops 200m away from the hotel. The wifi was brilliant too, thats about it. The staff were "Efficient", they did their job with no fuss. Being a business person I try to be as fair as possible however here...

Hotel Agora is on the Singel, about 50 metres from the Flower Market and a tram stop for the 1, 2 and 5 lines. It is roughly halfway between Central Station and the major museums. My room twin-bedded room was on a light well. It was clean, as was the large bathroom. There were two reasonably comfortable chairs and a...

I have spent 3 nights in February with my boyfriend in this hotel. The entrance itself didn't look up to standard. When you enter to a small reception desk the lady at the reception just gives you a fake smile and pretends to be nice. We had a huge problem with our bedroom key. The door to the bedroom want...

I booked to stay here as my usual preferences were all booked up for the weekend. The chap on reception was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and bright if a bit dated (but to be honest for the price most places are going to be a bit like this in Amsterdam). They let us check out a...
