Great location with friendly and professional staff. Robust health protocols. Room was well appointed and felt luxurious. The restaurant’s food was delicious and the manager and chef were great. I had a pasta dish and my partner a pizza. Both dishes looked and tasted wonderful. I would stay here again without question. Great value. COVID testing was available just a 5 minute walk away.
We were invited to spend 2 nights in the Swisshôtel Amsterdam. From the welcome to the goodbye, everything was absolutely top! We were served with a lot of friendliness and passion. We felt very comfortable with you and could spend incredible days in Amsterdam. Thank you!
Booked 2 classic twin rooms for 3 nights for about 1,100 Euros for my mother and sister who were arriving from London. Upon checking in at the check in counter, the hotel staff only provided only 1 room. My mother and sister unknowingly that there are 2 rooms that have been booked and paid for, just thought there is only booking for 1 room and continued with their holidays. After they returned to London, they have informed me that there was only 1 room provided instead of 2, even though the front desk took their passports and they could see in their system that there were 2 rooms that were fully paid for. Upon learning this, i have spoken to the reservations department and they claimed that my mother has refused the additional room, even though it was paid for, and therefore would not be able to refund me the additional room. They claim that my mother and sister would rather cramp in a standard 20m2 room, than have 2 separate rooms for each other. And since, they refused the room, then the booking will be classified as no-show and my money will be kept by them. To add oil to the fire, during their stay, they received a inhouse phone call from the front desk 3 times during the night (at 1am, 3am and 6am), all to say that they have dialed the wrong number. Furthermore, the hotel toilet was clogged several times and they had to call the housekeeping to help. On their last day of the trip, before leaving to the airport, they have found hair in the egg-omelet. Whilst you may enjoy the hotel for its proximity to the town, their service is sub-par for a 4 star hotel. It is unlike anything that i have ever experienced.…
I'm a Platinum All Accor member and this is my favorite hotel in All Accor. Perfect location, can't ask for better staff, great comfortable clean rooms, fast internet, everything is just quality. I always look forward to my stay here and I will be returning yet again.
We stayed here for 2 nights enroute to a river cruise with AMA Waterways. The hotel is really centrally located, easy to find and great for walking the city. Check-in was done early (we arrived from Canada mid- morning) and quickly, very friendly staff. Room was immaculate, great layout. View was of building next door, but not a problem for us as we were out most of the time, touring the city. Breakfast was a disappointment, and expensive for what was available when compared to other hotels we have stayed at and where we paid for breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
