We chose this hotel for its location near the museum area. It was quite expensive and did not include breakfast. Our room was very small. The bed was not a true double but two singles pushed together. The bath had no vanity and no knee room for the WC. Towels were harsh and threadbare. No toiletries. No washcloth. The heat...

Our room was a basement sauna that provided no air.. The window was akin to a prison cell window and the fan was useless.. It was winter, how come it was so hot.. Fair enough budget hotel but that's no reason to be completely worthless.. I have been to beautiful budget hotels with great service and great rooms.. there's no...

The staff of the hotel was nice and friendly, our room had no windows, but for the price we paid, was good enough, queen bed, soft and clean, weird and clean bathroom, there was no A/C just a fan on the ceiling, I can't imagine being there in summer, since our visit was in November, all cool with the room...

We are lucky for our room has a small window but some room has no rooms be careful about that. Our room on the roof and they have no elevator and stairs are very very small at penthouse. If you have many luggage and are staying on the roof, it will be very difficult for you.

As I'm working in the Netherlands for a couple of days this coming week I thought that I'd treat myself to 24 hours in Amsterdam before travelling to Utrecht. This was initially planned as travelling and having a weekend with a friend who couldn't make it in the end, so I'd left it relatively late (about 4 weeks ago) to...

Given the price paid and considering it's location closer to Leidseplein I did think this would have been a better hotel, how wrong was I. Move out of the reception and everywhere is shabby. Grubby handrails, threadbare carpet throughout and a poorly maintained establishment is evident. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Ours was.meant to be a Standard Double Room....

A friend and I had been travelling around Europe for some weeks and chose to book a hotel for a change after staying in hostels for the majority of our trip. I expected a little more to be honest for the price of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was reasonably clean but what came with the...

The neighborhood that the hotel is in is quiet and nice, it's not too far from museums, the I amsterdam sign and other tourist attractions. We walked to most of the places or caught the bus, which was pretty easy. The room we stayed in had a private bathroom and 2 twin beds. Our room was on the 3rd floor...

1. Looked good when booking the place. 2. front desk agents are a bit cold and accommodating. 3. Only Rochsandra was the pleasant one among the 4 we saw and had dealings with. 4. Small rooms and awkward tiny bathroom. 5. First floor room had signage shining the whole night so the curtains were not really dark enough to shield...
