Nice hotel, room is small, but that is typical for many European hotels. The room on 8th floor was pretty warm at night, but hotel let us use a fan which helped some. For the most part, the hotel and their personnel were good.More

Our room had a hair dryer, BUT it wasn't blowing air fast or hot enough to dry my hair quickly

Yes, laundry service offered - put stuff in bag and it will be picked up. Always too expensive as far as I'm concerned. Find a local laundromat.
