We stayed here 2 nights. Great hotel, great staff, great location. room was a standard size. Staff really went out their way to try and help and accommodate your requests. We also hired the hotel bikes and they were safe and in great, well maintained condition. Only comment would be to have the hotel bar open longer hours. We came back from town and fancied a drink at around 12 but the bar was closed but definitely not worth a knock on the score.

Staff is great, easy going, friendly, helpful. Bar area is classy and enjoyable. Pool table in the lobby was a great late afternoon time-killer. Location is quite literally perfect. Room is clean, no details missed. I will definitely be back. This is my new default hotel in Amsterdam. Only regret is not staying here previously.

The lobby is beautiful. The check in was very smooth and I even got a glass of prosecco. Staff overall was wonderful, from breakfast, to reception but also the bar and the housekeeping. Will definitely visit again in the future!

I spent 3 days with my boy-friend in Amsterdam. The hotel is perfect for its position and for visiting the city in few days, it’s very close to the center and to the museum area. The professional team of the hotel offered a carefull service to assure us a very pleasant stay. And if you need a little break from culture…We also suggest to try the bar and its fabolous cocktails :)

It was a good stay in general. Reception and all staff was kind and helpful. Only thing needs to be improved is room cleaning and service. For 2 days there was no refill of the minibar - especially the waters and the trash bins was not emptied. General cleaning needs to be improved as well.
