Great hotel in Amsterdam. Staff were very nice, room was nice. Only downside was room service - wasn't very happy with the food (bland and expensive) otherwise overall good hotel. Not too far off main location, a few tram rides away.

We flew from Seattle to Amsterdam and stayed here our first two nights. I am so glad we chose this hotel! The staff were so helpful with any questions we had and got us in to our room quickly which was much appreciated after being awake for 36+ hours. It has great amenities, the pool and gym were perfect for...

Recently went with family for holiday. Unfortunately didn't get off to great start, arrived after check in time but were advised that housekeeping had not got rooms ready. My daughter and I got ours after a short time but my brother had to sit in lobby waiting for a couple of hours. Problems with bill and shower were however resolved...

Having been to Amsterdam several times I wanted to stay outside of the smash of Centrum. After much research I settled on what turned out to be the perfect choice for my return to this great city. My request for a King Size bed could not be accommodated on the first night; however, after acknowledging my frustration, staff provided an...

A bitt disappointing We arrived in the parking garage. Nice and clean although small parking places and very low ceiling. The corridor to the hotel was very luxury and nice. That’s something you not often see Check in took a long time. It was friendly only slow. It was unclear if we would receive an upgrade but in the end...

Really, really great hotel. We booked it via AARP's travel site, as it was the only 5-Star Hotel, with a pool, and a gym, and a hot tub, that we could afford (and it was very affordable). 5-Star hotel at a less than 5-star price. Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, high-end linens, automated lights and curtains, big bathrooms. So...

Truly is a fantastic 5* hotel. Stayed here for a couple of nights for the Amsterdam marathon. I think although pricey you really do get very good value for money. I read before visiting it was the hidden gem of Amsterdam and this really proved to be the case. Fantastic views of the city from the hotel bars and the...

This hotel is beautiful and truly 5 star. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and bigger than normal. The hotel boasts 4 restaurants with Michelin stars. Amazing!! The outside has beautiful trees and overlook a canal. A truly serene but gorgeous hotel. We loved it

Best hotel experience with family by far. 5 star but easy friendly mix of business folk, holiday makers of all origins and families with children. Great rooms and facilities but hats off to staff and concierges for advice and help with restaurants nearby - they got it right for us all the time
