We booked the hotel anticipating that it will be adjacent to the airport. It is a 12-15 minute drive away and if you have rental car then need to ensure that you plan at least 30 minutes or more ahead of the check in time for a flight. The hotel is OK with enough amenities, restaurant and ambience to serve...

The Marriott is located near the museums and close to many good restaurants. The Midtown Grill located in the hotel has excellent steaks although the service may be at too slow a pace if you are in a hurry. Good breakfast and bar is on site as well

The location is very convenient, situated right next to the Vondelpark. Various public transport connections are right in front of the door, as well as the dedicated Airport Bus stop. Furthermore it's also only some 5 minutes walk to the Leidseplein, which will give you access to a variety of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Despite being based in a busy...

We stayed here using points. We checked in on Easter and the staff had a chocolate bunny for my daughter. While we were out, the Easter Bunny left chocolate eggs in our room. The room was large and had a nice shower. My only complaint was the conditioner made our hair smell like marijuana. It was not a good scent...

We spent one night at the Amsterdam Marriott. We used points, but paid extra for an upgrade to a junior suite. The rooms were recently renovated and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, they were so friendly that the front desk check in experience was longer than necessary because they were taking their time with every...

Great hotel with fab food and helpful staff, well situated for Amsterdam's Museum Quarter. While there, visited Van Gough Museum, Amsterdam Museum and Anne Frank Museum. Handy for a walk in the nearby Vondelpark and a cruise on Amsterdam's canals in a glass topped boat.

Stayed here for 6 nights on a trip around the Netherlands. Husband and I loved the location. I bit outside the downtown core which meant less crowds and more quiet. We were given a newly renovated room which was nice, but as platinum members didn't expect we would be given a room next to the elevator. It seems as if...

Stayed here 3 nights. Room was very well designed with US, UK, and euro outlets. Tile floor with rug pad around bed. Good water and shower pressure. The executive lounge is a very good but overused (crowded) resource. You can get there with status, by getting an executive room, or buying a pass at 100€ per couple. Sounds expensive but...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your review. It is a pleasure to learn that you liked our new room design, which was convenient for you due to the various outlets. Moreover you enjoyed the executive lounge experience. Did you also have the opportunity to try some 'bitterballen', served at our Sorel's bar? Those meatball snacks are a...

Thank you for all the help when it was really needed! Judge a hotel for the steps taken to help travelers when the unusual happens. On my first day my ankle was injured. The hotel's staff, most notably the concierge team, secuity, the club team worked together to organize a doctor, provide continuous ice packs, and found ways for me...
