From the airport, take bus 197,it stops at across street from the hotel, going to the airport, bus 197 stop is on the same side of the hotel, cost is 5 euros, and takes about 40...

This is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. Isabel was just sincerely warm in checking us in. Kyra on the other hand was welcoming to keep a luggage for us since we will be traveling north of Europe and will be back mid June. This experience will make Amsterdam our entry point PLUS airport bus will stop 50...

Amsterdam is blessed with many fine hotels and the Marriott shares that distinction. A great location, renovated rooms and a terrific executive lounge. The food in the lounge is over the top and the service is as good as you will find anywhere.

This location is located in the center of Amsterdam in a location where there is a lot going on. we were able to visit the Van Gogh Museum which was a short walk away. There is easy access to many great restaurants and other museums. The canal is across the street with easy access to a canal boat ride in...

Hotel looked dated from the outside, but the interior was modern. Staff was very professional and remarkably friendly. Within walking distance of canal boats, Rijksmuseum (tho we got a Rickshaw to take us back to the hotel) and Hard Rock restaurant. The hotel brags that their steaks are the best in all of Amsterdam. Not sure who awarded that distinction,...

The room was very modern with nice amenities like robes and slippers and good instant coffee. Nothing surprising in its Marriott roots except it felt like staying in an old-fashioned pensione. We had the executive lounge privilege and for our five night stay did breakfast and dinners there. The spread was terrific and the attendants doted on each guest. More...

The location was, for us at least, superb. Near it is a lot of museums (among others van Gogh, Rijksmuseum, diamond museum +++). Short walk to Leidenplein with lots of pubs and restaurants where you can get your beer, wine, cocktails, waterpipe and food. Trams and busses (the 197-bus from the airport has a stop on the other side of...

I enjoyed staying at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel on Stadhouderstade in the heart of Amsterdam! Trams, buses and taxis were all centrally located near the hotel. It was a short tram ride from the hotel to the main train station when I was ready to go visit more family in Germany. The room was roomy and impeccably clean. For breakfast...

It is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are ordinary, probably not recently renovated. You need to ask for slippers. Breakfast is good, but the restaurant where breakfast is served is small for such hotel. I assume people may need wait in some situations. Location is very good. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Vondelpark is very...

Up to its chain standards, this Marriott is also conveniently located outside of the noisy center of the city but close enough to it - basically at walking distance. The room was freshly renovated stylish, clean and luminous. Staff was Courteous and efficient, including the vallet parking personnel.
