From the minute you arrive to the minute that you leave the hotel, you want for nothing, obviously, the one comes, at a cost but when you’re in a five star establishment. its about the level of service and you certainly get that in this hotel worth every penny. Sadly we didn’t experience the afternoon tea delights but the cakes teas looks awesome. Breakfast that is an experience in itself, starting at 6 am in the morning going right the way through until 12 noon on a Sunday, the staff within the breakfast area can’t do enough for you, tea and coffee is made available all the time fresh orange juice by the gallon. Pastries hot food fresh fruit and everything that you could ever want. Front of house with the concierge and baggage delivery and collection service absolutely awesome the guys are more than happy to take your bags to your room and collect and show you around the inside of the room. The valet service taken into consideration you are in the heart of Amsterdam town centre for €50 a night is expensive, but there is nowhere else to park the car, so take this into consideration, you arrive at the hotel and it is immediately taken to a secure car Park literally 30 seconds around the corner into a secure car Park, Not offsite or into the middle of a field Downside one little concern the taxi rank that is directly straight outside is operated I would say by a racket it doesn’t matter where you go in the city it’s immediately €30 and one guy is heading up where the taxes go and who the taxes were driven by and all of the taxi drivers reported directly to this one individual standing on the pavement. So if you do stay in this beautiful hotel walk five minutes up the road do not use the taxi outside the hotel. And strangely enough the concierge do not arrange the taxes. We went from €40 to meet friends in the Northern sector of the city and on the return it was €15. That said it all, in my opinion.…

There is no one at the spa for booking. I had made an appointment on line because no one was available at the desk. They were supposed to confirm the appointment. They never did. I had no texts or phone calls on my phone. She cancelled my appointment at 6:30 because we didn’t pick up the phone in the room! If you don’t have enough staffing please close the SPA

We paid huge amount for this hotel.And we got nothing.Very simple and bad rooms which looks like furnished from Ikea.Dark room with scratched floors.No lockable and sealed door in the bathroom.No seperate toilet.No bath tub.When you flush the toilet water splashes on the floors.We also had problem with its restaurant.They did not allow us to dine as we did not have any reservation.And they said it was fully reserved.Which we saw that still empty after 1.5 hours.Restaurant manager Fadi was rude and speaking with you with hate and not trying to solve a problem.He did not even tell me his name when I asked.You can not employ such managers in a 5 stars hotel.Manager Nadia was helpful but she can not save this hotel of course.Next day I made a reservation for dinner and told them that it was my mother's birthday.They promised that they arrange balloons in her room and a birthday cake with a candle in the dinner.There were no balloons in the room and there was not a birthday cake.When I asked them they brought a square plate with "happy birthday " written with chocolate and 2 single chocolates for 10 people!.The waitress was also very rude and she put the plate as she will throw at my mother.I guess because of my complaints from last night they were all prepared to behave rude to us.Plus valet scratched our car when he was parking.So we had to be busy with documentary.Anyway in short this hotel is not a premium hotel.They just use their location as an advantage.But I suggest you not to pay such amounts for this hotel.I stayed much more better luxury hotels cheaper than here.I will definately not stay here again !…

The hotel with amazing location in the centre of Amsterdam. We had our breakfast in the winter garden with my friends. I love the breakfast with so many selections of foods and drinks. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, helpful especially Rosanna, Marilen, Edna,Bea, Mareewan, Maureen, Rema, Joey and the chef Glen he makes a good omelette. We will come back again. Also the housekeeper Chynthia and Teresa is very good they always keep the bathroom clean and tidy.

A very good hotel with an amazing location. Been staying there for many years now because I got used to the convenient location and the friendly service. One thing I love the most about the hotel is it’s breakfast which is set at the Winter Garden hall. Great selection of food and drinks.
