On my first trip to Amsterdam I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel! It's location alone is worth the stay, however the service made it even better. From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed and cared for. The room was nice. The bed took up most of the room, but still I was quite comfortable. Very...

Great location. Very helpful front desk personnel. 2 euro beers from the front desk. A lot of happy people relaxing and having a good time in the lobby, restaurant and bar. Free bikes (qty 5) if they are available. Extremely cozy rooms with bed that you just sink into with very heavy (in weight) bed covering. Bathroom is small but...

I stayed at the Hoxton in Room 525 for a week during April 2017 so I really got to know the hotel. This room has windows opening into the inner courtyard. I chose the hotel because the location was easy walking distance to many sites in Amsterdam and the photos looked beautiful. However the let down was that the hotel...

Wife and I stayed here for two days after our Rhine River Cruise with Viking. Excellent location along the Herengracht canal, central to many tourist sites and museums. We chose a "cozy" room. yes it was cozy but after a week on a river cruise long boat the size was fine. What I liked most about this hotel? - character...

This hotel has a life and identity of its own. On the canals and a short walking distance from the sights and shopping it is like stepping back in time. The object d'art creates a aged and calming atmosphere. The rooms are very small and the bed bases and larger than the bed so I bumped my shins far too...

The Hoxton has great location and staff. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. Lively lobby and great restaurant. Would definitely stay there again on future trips to Amsterdam. No need to look any further for great accommodations.

Stylish and relaxed at the same time. A wonderful lobby-bar-restaurant that all melts together in a really nice way. Rooms where not big but practical and nice looking. Also the area where the hotel is located is great with nice small streets with good boutiques, cafés etc. Not much negative to say but maybe the price level as Euro 700...

Hip, lively hotel lobby. Bar had many comfortable seating areas. Friendly staff. Cozy room was spacious, but cozy because of rafters and attic-like feel. Industrial chic decor, but comfortable bed added to the coziness. Milk and water were free in the room fridge, which was nice. Breakfast bag delivered to the door was convenient (also free). Shower in bathroom was...

The Hoxton in Amsterdam is different... in a good way. Perfectly located to make visiting the top sites in the City a breeze - everything you really want to see is pretty much on the canal doorstep. The Hotel is funky with great little touches - the sign on the front door to "Push it real good", the brown paper...

It is difficult to overstress how very 'user-friendly' The Hoxton in Herensgracht is. As you enter there is a warm comfortable ambience, helpful, friendly, efficient and attractive staff on Reception. We had room 406 overlooking the Singel canal. A six foot wide bed, with quality linen large pillows and a spread that does not slide off the bed at night...
