Truly enjoyed our weekend break at the hotel! It's beautifully styled and fabulous location beside the cancel and lots of nice restaurants and cute bars! The staff were so nice. We had a very bad experience in a coffee shop and the staff were so helpful and professional! Thanks again

We stayed a few nights at the hotel, the positives include the location, really good, and the public area that includes a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee and goodies. The minuses- we stayed the first night in a nice and large room facing the street on the back of the hotel, the heating was erratic, the mattress was... More

4 nights here and a lovely place. A good sized room on the top floor nicely decorated and very warm. Pretty view over canal and a very comfortable bed. Didn't eat breakfast here as preferred to wander in the morning but very central. Lovely little bar and good for a night cap. Will be back!

The Hotel Estherea is a very good smaller hotel on a quiet canal in Amsterdam. The neighborhood was great-on a quieter canal but still walkable to the museums and other attractions. Hotel decor was very charming and well done-loved the little bar downstairs. HIghly recommended!

Saw the hotel on Trip Advisor and liked the location as it is not in the tourist main stream but a very close walking distance from everything. Was very pleasantly surprised: comfortable rooms, excellent service, 24 hour free coffee, tea, pastries, etc. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend

Lovely, quiet friendly hotel in the heart of the canal district but away from the busiest and nosiest streets. Corridors, public area/bar and rooms are interesting and quirky. Rooms are perhaps a bit on the small side but are nevertheless comfortable and beautifully appointed. Easy to navigate to good local restaurants and bars from this location. Would definitely stay here... More

Wonderful hotel, rooms to drool over. Forget the advice on best room, GRAB a canel side room, wish we had. Spotless hotel, camp and warm. Thanks to all staff for a wonderful 3 night stay. Breakfast pricey, but great, sadly complete self service. Would return in a flash.

The good: The hotel is beautiful, it's really done out very well. Instead of documents in the room we were given an iPad which was a modern twist. There were also iMacs with internet and a printer in the reception to use free of charge. The bar was nice, albeit small and understaffed. The location is incredible, 5 minute walk... More

You could very easily walk passed this hotel as it's façade is in keeping with the rest of the buildings around it but when you walk in, you'll be surprised at how ornate & beautiful it is. The receptionist was lovely & friendly when we checked in. The rooms are massive but a good size & very clean. There's no... More
