The service was friendly. Ordered some champagne on the way to the hotel and they delivered it into the room and put a nice happy birth day message too. The room was cozy and modern - clean too. We did not have breakfast here. Location is not bad either, it has a lot of stores and food places near by,...

This hotel was really well placed. It was approx 5 minute walk from the train station, and about 15-20 to the red light district. We were able to find our way back to this hotel fairly easily after a few drinks. The street it is on has a good selection of coffee shops, cafe's and restaurants. We stayed for 3...

Booked this hotel on a recommendation for a group of friends staying for a long weekend. Location was perfect in a great area of the city, plenty of choice for eating, drinking and a varied selection of shops for the female members of the group. Only 10 mins walk from the train station and the same to Dam square. Rooms...

Spent 2 nights here recently with husband and 2 teenage children. Booked the family room which was spacious and good value. The hotel location was perfect. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and about 10-15 minutes walk to Dam Square. The reception staff were great, allowed us to check into our room at 10.30 as it was...

The hotel is in a good location on a pleasant street along with shops, cafés, restaurants & bars. Try Vinnie's for breakfast, Harlem Soul Food for lunch, Lucca Italian restaurant for dinner & the bar with the blue & white awning opposite the hotel for beers. Within easy walking distance of the train station & main attractions. Our room (403)...

The location of this hotel is very good - close to the central area, restaurants (nothing spectacular) and the central train station. Apart from this, my stay here was disappointing. Don't believe all the pictures on the hotel's website. My room (402) was about the same size as 3 single beds in total. It was located right next to the...

Loved this hotel, very basic but spotless and good location. The only thing I didn't like was the room was roasting and it was -4 degrees out and there was nowhere to even buy a bottle of water. Rooms got cleaned everyday, boarding passes printed without any hassle or charge, felt very safe there, no need for the safe. Super...

We booked in here from 30th December until 2nd December. Unfortunately, due to weather, we arrived at the hotel at nearly midnight. Anyhow, the night porter was thre to let us in. We had one of the suites on the top floor (502). Nice size room, massive bed which was very comfortable, clean and tidy. We even had a very...

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve to enjoy a dinner in Amsterdam. Having read all the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay. We rented the Penthouse Suite. As soon as we walked in, we were knocked over by the stench of sewage in the bathroom - with no window or ventilation. When we told the...

Nice hotel that is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Close to shopping, restaurants, a supermarket and not far from most of the attractions. The room we stayed in had a large comfortable bed, a good shower, a safe, coffee facilities and a TV that showed BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2 and ITV4 as well as many other...
