We absolutely loved our stay on the Little Amstel houseboat! The Amstel Canal is large and scenic filled, making it a little more interesting to stay than rather on a smaller canal. The boat was very clean and I could tell it has been recently renovated - more modern than I had expected for a houseboat. Great amenities and good...

Rooms are small but have everything you need shower great, beds are fab even tho it's 2 singles I would of liked a double. Plenty of tea an coffee only thing they need to put in is an iron...

The house boat is warm and cosy and well equipped for a comfortable stay. We found it clean and stocked with coffee and tea making facilities. Although it is next to a bridge it is quiet. It is about a half hour walk from central station, which is worth doing to take in the scenery. The metro and tram stop...

Worst hotel stay ever! Never again. After they had adult bedbugs they said we get the price refunded but this was just a delay to don't let us write a complaint! Just a big fraud, never again... I dont even know if they really renovated the room as they said!

Loved the houseboat. It was a little further out from the centre than we expected but once we figured out the trams, that was fine! Another review mentioned problems with noise but I'm a fairly light sleeper and didn't notice this, also really appreciated the blackout blinds. Perfect being so close to Lidl where we got breakfast for two each...

Small but cosy and perfect for a couple.. Only thing I would recommend is if buying breakfast to bring back find some plastic plates and cutlery to throw away afterwards - we struggled eating croissants and jam without any but no where to wash up! Map provided is extremely helpful - lovely location to provide a stroll between attractions and...

This houseboat has just two rooms; a basic room and the standard room. We have just returned from a weekend in the standard one. You check youself in from 2:30pm by getting the key from a key safe when you are sent the code. The room was immaculate with two large windows overlooking The Amstel. There is a small wet...

What a lovely experience. The place was immaculate. Feeding the birds in the morning was a real treat. It was the perfect end to a perfect vacation. We were not sure about the Houseboat experience. Thought we would get seasick. But happily this was not the case. So different and so enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful room on the famous Amstel River. Comfy beds, modern wet room, tea and coffee machine. And the owner hand delivers breakfast every morning to your door. Was a little apprehensive with the river on case the room moves but it is sturdy as a rock. Such a wonderful place to stay. A true hidden gem. Highly recommend

Well! What a beautiful stay we had at little Amstel houseboat, very warm, clean and great location! Not far from the centre at all. It was a truly amazing experience staying on a houseboat, waking up to fresh bread and orange juice brought to us by one of our lovely hosts! But that's not it, eating breakfast by our window...
