If you want luxury and lots of room this isn't for you. If you want a perfect location, clean room and comfy bed at a great price then book here! We were in the annex over the road, on a Main Street so a little noisy but not too bad to keep us awake. Staff were helpful and booked us...

I booked a single room with a shared bathhroom. Didn't pay any deposit reserved a booking so I could pay in full when I turned up. Arrived shortly after 11 and was told that my room had been canceled. And they had emailed me to cancel whilst I was on the flight over. The young lady behind the desk. Was...

Clean room, big enough, great location (10 blocks from downtown Amsterdam) and very heplful staff. Would definitely stay there again. They rent bikes wich is THE way to go around Amsterdam and catch the sights. Stairs are a bit steep but tolerable. Still if you need a room with easier access I guess you can ask for one when making...

Great location. Hoping to get room facing the canal. Didn't happen. Got a small, small is is the word, building across the street. My room was in the basement of the building. Probably smallest room i had during my travels anywhere. With the $100+ a night hotel rooms nearby, the $73/night room with shared bathroom is a bargin i suppose....

After Reading horror stories of narrow stairs and no air-conditioning we prepared by leaving our luggage at the airport stored luggage. And caught an Uber to the front door. From there things got better and better. We arrived 2 hours early. The receptionist was so helpful, made us a cup of tea, took our luggage so that we can wonder...

This hotel is owned by a Chinese family. I read about the stairs before I booked, but I did not expect them to be that treacherous. The stairs are rather like a vertical loft ladder, that you have to turn your feet sideways cos there is no room for your feet otherwise (step is only about 4” shallow). The stairs...

Booked this hotel almost last minute. Saw some awfull reviews, wasn't expecting much. Location is very nice, not noisy during night time. Room was small, but had a window to canal. Shower and toilet very decent size . Everything very clean, towels were changed every morning. They offer breakfast, but no hot meals. Looked a bit overpriced €9.50, so we...

very basic but excellent location in the canal ring of Central Amsterdam! I was upgraded for free from a single to a double room on the top floor. although dragging my suitcase up five flights of stairs was not easy but the hotel overall offers great value for money.

We stayed here in May 2015 for 2 nights. This review is copied from Booking.com. Excellent location. Wifi free & very fast. Lovely room. We never had breakfast so can't comment. We were very worried about previous reviews & nearly cancelled!! We had triple room. Comfy beds, clean & nicely decorated. En suite clean & modern. Lovely break in Amsterdam...

Very basic hotel but great location. The rooms are very basic too but cleaners came everyday. We stayed in room 8 which was a double room with shower and toilet and canal view. The steps to get upstairs to the room are steep but not really a problem for us. The view of the canal we had was lovely! Would...
