Pleasant hotel in a quiet area not far from Rembrandt Square; it is actually on the same road as Anne Franks House albeit a bit of a walk away! The staff were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The stairs to the rooms are an adventure!, though not really a problem. The rooms are clean and adequate with en suite, a...

The Location of the Hotel is very good and close to the main city centre. The rooms are fine but very good for the price. The staff is also very friendly and supportive. The view from the Hotel is lovely and is surrounded by very nice restaurants.

Stayed here for three nights in a triple room. It was a great hotel, clean and modern with a view over a canal. The bathroom seemed odd as it has an open shower between the sink and toilet, but nothing really got wet as there was a shelf over the toilet. The shower worked great, nice pressure and hot water...

You get what you paid for, and I paid very little and was totally okay with what I was given. Small rooms are to be expected for price and traditional Amsterdam building. Everything worked in the room and if you are just using it to sleep and dump stuff it works great. if you want a hotel room to chill...

The only good point concerning this hotel is the location, which is convenient for the VVG and Rijksmuseums and not that far from the nearest Metro either. Otherwise.... Small, pokey (single) room, and a bit shabby too. Breakfast cost 8 euros and was, like the accommodation, only worth half of that. It's in need of a refurb. Like London, and...

What a beautiful location on the canel, so close to restaurants and a step off the tram. Slept well in the room with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. No air circulation but we did well hoisting a window and wedging in a book. Got freak ed out one night because I thought mosquitoes were coming in but no bites!...

For someone who only stays in the hotel at night and leave first thing in the morning, I didn't mind much that the room is small. The hotel is located in a very strategic location but at the same time not too crowded and 'quite away' from the crowds at the city. So the restaurants and coffee shops there are...

Very nice accommodation with modern furnishings and fixtures inside the room. It was more than what I expected. Location. We got confused with the tram number and track number outside the amsterdam central station, that's why we ended up riding a tram at track no. 4 instead of riding tram no.4. Get off Princegracht station and hotel itc is just...

ITC Amsterdam has 3 buildings. The main building appears well maintained and comfortable. The one I was assigned was in awful condition, dingy, with poorly maintained hallway carpets, though clean and livable tiny single rooms. The hotel personnel are very helpful and forthcoming. Great location. Convenient. Basic. Quiet. I found it way overpriced for what it was. But I would...
