We stayed here for 4 nights. On arrival we were told that breakfast was included and on departure we were charged for 4 breakfasts. It was corrected and then 2 days later the hotel kindly emailed to inform me they had charged me for the first day breakfast because it wasnt included (which it was and i had to argue... More

I was really impressed with the reviews on this site so I went ahead to book a King deluxe via Agoda. I saw that there was a review saying breakfast was really good so was looking forward to this too. As Agoda promotes that mobile app, I booked it via the app and it was a bit harder to review... We stayed for three nights and would like to have stayed longer. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere even though it is quite large. The room was very comfortable, and there were several places to eat or drink in the hotel. It would be lovely in the summer as there are some attractive courtyard... More

Everything was spot on- even extraordinary. I was only there for one night, and did not want to go to sleep- so that I could enjoy the hotel and my room even more. I hope that I will be able to stay there again in the future.

Our arrival, check-in, room and stay were all superb. The staff were welcoming and warm; everything is cosy but contemporary; there is a sense of fun with style; and we had the best cocktails in Amsterdam in Pultizer's Bar. We'll be back.

Just returned from 4 nights at the Pulitzer. The hotel is fabulous! After an overnight flight, the hotel was able to accomodate us with an early check-in. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, our room was huge and the coffee maker in the room was a french press! The location was terrific and the concierge gave us great recommendations...
