Stayed here for a couple of nights on a short trip to the city. We initially booked just for the price which was about EUR40 less than the cheapest hotel we could find. Rooms are tiny which is probably the only criticism of the place. In all honesty this didn't bother us much as we weren't really in there much....

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Very close to the Central Station and right next door to the Nemo Science Museum. Make sure you plan your route/ have the address handy as we got a little confused as to which boat to hop on to :) They ask that you pay in cash which is...

The boat is very cosy. With a lounge/common room area where a free continental breakfast is served in the morning. The rooms are slightly on the small side but it is expected for a boat of that size - plus it keeps the room nice and warm in the colder months. The owners are very friendly and are willing to...

Super rad barge on the harbour 10min walk from town. Lillian is really lovely- always nice to have knowledgeable and welcoming folks running a place. Thanks so much. You are the bomb. :) Rooms aren't great in hot weather - as there's no fan i expect you don't generally need one and i didn't apart from 1 hot sweaty night....

We stay for three nights. We wa greeted very warmly by the owners. They gave us a map of Amsterdam showing all the hotpots. The location of the boat is a short walk from the railway station and the science museum. The room is compact with bunk beds. We decided to sleep together on the bottom. Three reasons 1. I'm...

Location is good, a short walk to the centre and good access to trams at Centraal Station. The room was a little small but it was very clean same goes for the communal facilities, also very clean. The deck is a lovely place to sit and have a beer in the sun. Service was fantastic. All in all a great...

Depending on what you want the do the location is pretty good, it's a 5-10 minute walk from the train station so it's easy to get to, and its only a short walk from the centre. But if you want to be near 9 streets or Anne Franks it's a bit of a walk - then again amsterdam is a...

All were excellent in my opinion! If you're looking for a 3 star hotel or above, this isn't it, but for the reasons mentioned in the title, it is tremendous value, and a great option in Amsterdam. It is located a 5 min walk from Centraal Station, and no more than 10 mins from some of the main areas like...

Awesome location within walking distance from the train station and downtown. The boat was well kept and comfortable. Rooms are small but that is no secret; we knew what we were in for in that regard. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Bottles of beer are available for 2 euro each from the reception area and the payment is...

From the moment we arrived at hotelboat allure we were made to feel welcome. We were a party of 7 girls staying for a weekend break to celebrate my 40th birthday. Frank was very hospitable and helped us with any queries about where to go, how to get there and booked taxi's for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The...
