Normally during my trip i use to stay in hotels. This is my first time in a bb. I had a wonderful stay at the city center bb. Very nice room. In the room you will find all you needs (coffee, tee, chocolate, bathrobe etc). everything was very clean. The breakfast and the owner of the b&b are really amazing.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated and it felt very Dutch to me. You will climb a flight of narrow Amsterdam stairs but Camillo will help you with your luggage. You share a spotless bathroom with another room but this was not a problem for even one minute, especially since Camillo provides you with a soft fluffy robe. The...

We stayed one night here during unseasonably hot weather, but with an open window and a standing fan we slept well enough. Our room was at the back of the house at the top of two flights of narrow, steep stairs as is common in the old houses in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Our luggage was carried up for...

I was anxious about the B&B I chose in Amsterdam. It was pretty inexpensive compared to most hotels. We had trouble finding the place in an alley just off a main street, but we gained entrance and met Camillo. What a delightful host! Very helpful. The room was small but comfortable. We were concerned about sharing a bathroom with the...

Camillo is very friendly and on the arrival already gave us some tips on where and how to move around Amsterdam. He is always ready to help you if you need anything. The location of the B&B is just perfect: near the centre and 10 min walk from the train station. The rooms are on the second floor but Camillo...

The breakfast here is more than amazing! We were here for three nights and the bed was very comfortable. The location close to the train station. Camillo gave us a map and suggestions for our visit. He as very helpful. There are steep, typical Amsterdam stairs to the room, so be aware of that.

The host, Camillo, makes this B & B one of the best in Amsterdam! We had both rooms for 4 nights and were delighted by the breakfast that was delivered each morning by our generous host. He put thought in to the beautifully prepared meal each morning and delivered it right at the time requested. Additionally, both rooms were furnished...

The room is nice decorated and very clean. The bereakfast served in the room is something amazing. This is a b&b 5 stars

Staying in Centrum

Neighbourhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
