Receptionist's unhelpful, unprofessional also root, I don't recommend this hotel ..completely disappointed ... rooms was clean but staff especially receptionist's has not problem solving experience also definitely not enough staff was working .
Great hotel with very polite staff, clean and big rooms, breakfast was good with many different types. Also the location of the hotel was very good with train station just 200m by foot. With only one train stop to Amsterdam Cental. Great place to stay
Superb experience in Amsterdam and good quality for money. Very helpful staff - Ray at the reception was wonderful. Room is spacious and extremely clean. The restaurant and food were fantastic. Will visit Park inn again
Requires better management and efficency of all areas reception and breakfast front. Room was OK. Carpet need revamping Would benefit with water on arrival or water dispensers Would also benefit with later breakfast times during the weekend
I work with radisson as a client partner and always try to stay at Radisson properties as a long standing rewards member too. This complaint is to the management: 1. It took me 30 minutes to queue and finally get the correct room after requeuing 2. I was asked to pay upfront for my room even though you have my card on account and the app I booked with?? Nobody should take payment upfront before providing service, should be paid all together at checkout 3. Other guests were left waiting and told either stay 4 nights instead of 3 or go elsewhere we will still charge you (gold member told this) 4. Staff couldn't put breakfast on my room, had to.literally go and get my wallet. No water in the rooms as a member it's standard in park Inn. I am discouraging any of my firm or partners to stay at your hotel.…
The beds were so small and so close together in the twin room we could not get a good night sleep without whacking each other, there were rats running around the hotel day and night which mace me feel quite sick, we had to clean our own room in front of room service
Great location - 5 min walk from train/bus/tram station with 2 stops to Central Station. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Carpets are stained in many places (rooms and public areas) but hotel in general is very clean!
I stayed three nights at this new ish hotel. I got in around 1030pm and the line took 30 minutes to check in, there were two staffers there and it was very frustrating. Checkout was easier as you could do the express checkout. The rooms were fashionable and compact, comfortable though I found the bed to soft and the pillows like balloons. I was supposed to have a king and got two twins and also didnt get a room facing the front (highways are on the other sides of this hotel). The gym was decent, breakfast was crowded but alright. Really nothing special but clean and convenient to the west train station. Its a few km from the city center and getting cars was a bit of a challenge as the hotel didnt lift the road guards up to let cars on the front of the hotel for some reason. Service should be improved for better check in given its a conference center.…
Very poor service. You have to ask for the same thing million time so they can finally do it and after that it might not even happen. Poor service from house keeping and from the reception. When I checked in I was speaking in english and the lady in the reception kept talking dutch which was weird. Asked to be recognized as a gold memember but she didn't even know what is a gold memeber or that is the benefits
This hotel was booked because of the amazing exterior look. It truly is amazing to look at on the outside, especially at night. We checked in late at night, and emailed beforehand to let them know to expect us after midnight. When we got there and checked in, there were a few issues with the room that we were given - but the staff were quick to apologise and sort it out for us, so we were very happy for that! When we needed to check-out, they stored our luggage for free so that we didn't have to carry it around while we still explored a bit more of Amsterdam. I have read a few comments on the cleanliness of this hotel, but apart from a few stains on walls and the carpet, I wouldn't say that it was unclean, or even that it impacted our stay negatively at all. We chose the breakfast option with our stay and we are very happy that we did. The breakfast had a good selection: continental, pastry, cereal, fruit, pancakes. Definitely something for everyone. The hotel being right next to the train station, was great for travelling into the city. However, coming back at night took AGES because of night trams and buses not running to the hotel. So we did have to catch an uber back at night. If the hotel was a little closer to the city centre, we would not hesitate to book again!…
