This place is not really a hotel maybe you can name it as a hostel! The room was not surly cleaned and the breakfast was really poor! The location is good and you can reach yourself immediately to the dorm but I can't recommend to go to this place which is wasting the money!

It is just fine for friends who wanna just stay right in the city centre! We also used the bike service! The rooms were clean. No need for anything else. We needed just a clean bed and bathroom with hot water and a quiet night and we had it all.

Now named Hotel Blossoms. It was not far on the tram 16 from the city centre, 3-4 stops. Next door to the Heineken Experience so easy to find. The decor inside is modern with a kitchenette on the first floor to make snacks/food. Fresh fruit every day and a 24 hour manned reception desk. The staff were very helpful with...

location was perfect, walking distant to everything and 5 mins away from all the big museums. Staff were friendly and everything was clean and modern. Our room was quite small, but that doesn't matter when your on a city break and spending all your time exploring. Really good value for money.

Was interrailing around Europe with a friend and our first stop was Amsterdam. Whilst we were on a budget I did expect higher standards and basic requirements! The bed sheets in our room were dirty and stained. The bed was basically a mattress on the floor! Asked the receptionist if he could book us a taxi and he replied with...

The house keeping call waking me up at 9:15 am was definitely unneeded as it was way too early. I'm on holiday so don't want to be woken by someone bashing a hoover off the walls or hammering on the door to offer to change towels before 10am. The hotel is clean and has had a little money invested in...

I'm assuming this hotel has been recently refurbished, as the hotel was nothing like a lot of the harsh reviews I have been reading. The rooms were small but perfectly formed (modern bathroom, good decor, comfy bed, flat screen TV, secure). The receptionists were polite and helpful. Good location too. I get the feeling that a lot of people expect...

We booked the Vivaldi for the cheap price, and learned a valuable lesson. You get what you paid for. It is in a good location, and the positives end there. When you walk in, the lobby is a construction zone, with the ceiling exposed and clutter everywhere. The receptionist was silent and surly, taking our names then giving our keys....

Worn out Dirty bed sheets and towels, no cupboards or anything to hand your clothes, if you lucky you might just find a tatty bedside draws some where, & hardly no room to move about inside the room . The sink over lapse the toilet in the bathroom,it's that poskie in there. As you go into the lift and up...
