I wish I would be treated in all other hotels where I stay like this time in the chateaux Bethlehem. The students were encouraged and very friendly. No negative thing to report during my two days over the weekend!

The rooms are very large both bedroom and bathroom. However i suggest to install where the towel can hang near the Lavatory. The towels hangs a bit far so you Need to walk back and forth from lavatory to where it hangs. Sofa is nice to have also in the bedroom Should have coffee or drinks Station in the Restaurant...

Beautiful property with a unique experience behind every hotel room. I would definitely recommend staying here if staying in Maastricht for business or pleasure - also a great place to stay during Tefaf!

The chateau is unassuming from the main entrance, but overlooks a lovely garden (visits must be great in the summer!). There seemed to be almost too many helping hands working at the same time, but service was great.

This hotel is located about 1,5 km from the city center of Maastricht. Train station Maastricht-Noord is nearby, in case you're trying to get there by public transport. I booked room 24 in Chateau Bethlehem - this room contains a kitchen where you can cook or where staff can cook for you (according to the website). Looks great but not...

Stayed one night this time, but second visit. Very creative design rooms, nice and cosy bar and great restaurant. Great environment in this beautiful castle. Close enough to the city centre. Fantastic opportunity for the students to learn about top level hospitality.

I stayed here whilst on business and having read the various reviews thought I would satisfy my curiosity rather than selecting a more 'chain' hotel. Very helpful and attentive staff, difficult to find from the main highway. Limited food choice in restaurant, very novel and individual rooms.

Very spacy room design (we occupied the green tower room) and perfect service over all. Delicious dinner and breakfast buffet. Quiet ambient with closed-by bus shuttle to maastricht. We certainly will come back.

In Bethlehem just north of Maastricht you can stay in a castle run by students as a teaching hotel. We stayed in room 21 on the 2nd floor overlooking the beautiful park. The well equipped room has an atelier thematic and a private shower and toilet. If a toilet door is a must this is not the room for you....

Wonderful hotel rooms, and great experience. The quality of the food on the evening meal was exceptional. The students efforts and attitudes were refreshing to experience. We would definitely return to the hotel for a longer stay.
