The hotel is quiet, in a quiet neighbourhood, but only 10 minutes' walk to the old center and about the same to the limestone caves. Parking is easy and cheap. The staff are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We took one of the "comfort" rooms, which was spacious and a nice mix of old and new. Breakfast was... More

I stayed in The Hotel Pastis during a business trip and as it was so nice the first time, I came back as it has really good access by road and parking and the rooms are just really nice, clean and cosy. The breakfast was good too and the dining room has a very welcoming vibe.

Pros: Hosts, Easy access, Easy parkin,g Deck off the room, Location& Good TV Cons: Some extra power outlets for charging phones etc. The hotel was easy to find and in a nice part of Maastricht. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The northern cave was a ten minute walk and to the centre a similar time. Parking was available... More

I booked this hotel (it's really more like a B&B) because my daughter is attending the nearby Maastricht University. I am 100% satisfied with everything. It's outside the city center, but the 10-15 minute walk to all famous sites was a pleasure because you pass by a park. The best part though is the owner, Raymond. After checkout, I had... More

We visited Maastricht while staying in this hotel. We enjoyed it. First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful: from the very first moment you feel home in this small hotel. Their location is excellent, too. A convenient small walk and you are in the centre of Maastricht. No trouble parking your car, here. For a small amount... More

We stayed at Pastis for the Ironman event. They could not have been more friendly and helful, even laying on a 5am breakfast (we helped ourselves). The hotel is in the great position to have a short walk into the centre and up the road there is a choice of four restaurants if you dont fancy the walk. we had... More

We stayed at this Boutique hotel during TEFAF and the city was packed. Even so the hotel is situated in a quiet location away from the centre but within easy reach. It's a level walk that was welcome after the meals we had eaten in the evenings! The proprietor is a really nice guy who makes a splendid cup of... More

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and in a location close to the University. We were in a room in the Annex around the corner from the main building. The neighbourhood is quiet but the hotel rooms are poorly sound-proofed and one could easily hear people come in and out of their rooms and also... More

Both Raymond and Susanne were friendly and helpful during our stay. We talked with them about general things in Maastricht and they were both willing to take the time to chat with us. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the center of town and also to St. Pietersburg. The hotel has no lift but Susanne... More

We stayed here last weekend to visit our daughter who is studying in Maastricht. It's a sweet, owner-run hotel, in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the touristy parts of old Maastricht, and only 5 minutes from walks out of town up on the downs around Sint Pietersberg Castle (where we took the dog!). We had room 10... More
