Came to Maastricht for the weekend to see Andre Rieu and stayed here. Staff were absolutely amazing they’re went beyond helpful. Hotel was ok, beds were comfortable, towel were really soft, my only gripe was the dangerous staircase to our rooms, it was a nightmare, if there was a fire you would never get out alive. Anyone with walking difficulties stay away. As I said amazing guys.

Awesome central location, clean and tidy, friendly staff. Loved the theme and our room was lovely. Our bathroom was not part of the room, separate but opposite to our room so not an issue. Steep staircase to access our room, not an issue for my son and I but could be for some people, room could do with better lighting. Overall recommend this hotel!

Stayed for Andre Rieu concert evening, paid £130 for what was a very basic, small room in the attic. The place have no hotel facilities other than a bar area where you can check in and have very basic breakfast (for an extra EUR10 per person!) . The rooms accessible through narrow and steep staircases. Bathroom had no showerscreen, lack of towels, there were holes with electric cable hanging out both bathroom and bedroom. Bed bases soiled and mattress very old and uncomfortable. One of the worst accommodations we ever stayed at. Acceptable standards for a hostel but not a hotel or guest house. Avoid

Once arrived, we checked in from the bar as there is no reception. In that bar you can smoke the water pipe, which was done by a lot of people. There was an unpleasant smell for us. The hotel was through another door, and once in the room, we noticed that the room was nice, clean and no bad smell at all. After all, a good hotel in the city center and good value.

The hotel is really interesting looking in an eastern way! There weren't a hairdryer, but you can ask for it on reception, which is pretty nice. Double bad wasn't so very comfy though, cuz it consisted of 2 mattresses instead of a single one. But it's little disappointment comparing to the hotel look. They also serve breakfast, which I highly recommend you to get! For only 10 euros you receive everything very fresh and super tasty! 👌🏻 moreover, lobby has a bar 👍🏼 very very good place to stay
