Very nice atmosphere when you arrive, very stilish. Overall a tiny room and on top of it it was cold not to say freezing. They put in an electric heater but this did not help. In the morning you can listen to the neighbours chats. Concierege very helpfull.

Dear Giovanni, Thank you for your feed-back. We are pleased to see you’ve liked our lobby and services. To answer your question, we have all our rooms heated at 23°C. We are providing electric heater to all our customers in case. Regarding the noise, we would like to apologize for any inconvenient. In order to avoid this matter, it has...

This is a great hotel. Clean and comfy. Very centrally located, just next to the Metro and a few stops in either direction from any site seeing. Very friendly staff that were very willing to help! Walking distance to the Jardin Botanical. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, but they have many choices nearby and a restaurant at the hotel...

This property seems recently renovated. Nice old styling with modern amenities. Unfortunately for the hotel, there is a brand-new Metro line with station immediately next door, lots of light and noise. The desk staff at night were very kind (I arrived quite late both evenings), and provided a night-cap from the bar even though it was not open.

I stayed here just one night on business and didn't really get the chance to explore all the amenities, not even the breakfast room, so my review is limited because of that. Overall though, it's a pleasant hotel, my room decor was dark and old-fashioned (in quite a nice way!), and although check-in was a bit slow (I had to...

I really adore this hotel as its decoration is quite unique. The rooms have this lovely tapestry and the selected furniture goes extremely well with it. Its also rather quiet allowing a good night's sleep. The location is also ideal with the underground & Bus line 1min away. However, I would suggest the hotel to have a more efficient check-in...

3 minutes away from the main station by train or a 10 minute walk. The rooms are lovely but the one I stayed in was slightly small, the veranda was bigger! But very friendly and smart , nice wine bar and restaurant. So if in Lausanne give it a try. The hotel is close to the waters edge with stunning...

The personnel at the reception should be fired immediately, they are rude and arrogant and this is unacceptable in a four star hotel. Moreover the room look very tired and the moquette is full of dust because of the bad cleaning service (do not go there if you are allergic). To reassume the staff is ridiculous and the structure is...

I stayed here on business and found it to be perfect for my needs. I searched a long time for a nice hotel close to city center but without all the hustle and bustle. This hotel absolutely fit the bill. I had feared that the accommodations would be a little too old-fashioned for my test but they were more of...

I stayed at this hotel for six days in August when on a work trip and could not have been much happier. It's a lovely little hotel right next to the tram that takes you to the shopping areas and only two stops from the main train station. It's also only a couple of stops away from the waterfront and...
