This is one of the best value hotel options you will find in Zermatt. In a very expensive world of hotels this is a good cheap option. It's located 15 mins walk away from the station and it also offers a shuttle between 8 am and 5 pm. There are single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. Double rooms are good...

In a very expensive resort, this is a relatively inexpensive hotel. Quite small and has limited facilities but the staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast is good. It's not too far from the main lift and equally close to the resort centre. Some of the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Nearest ski hire is about 4-5 mins...

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The room was comfortable, and hotel was conveniently located. Station and market was not so far. Breakfast for not good. Very less options. And no pick and drop facility. Hotel has lifts.

Please do not misunderstand my rating or title. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly - however there are not many frills. I didn't bring shampoo as I figured it would be available at the hotel- needless to say I ended up at the store to buy some as this is not an amenity they offer. The...

Stayed here for 1 night in Zermatt and had a great time! The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the train station and a few min from the main street. With 4 people we stayed in the "penthouse" which had a cute summer camp type feel. Sloping wood ceiling, log cabin like furniture and it's own balcony!

Went in off-season, staff accommodated our uncertain arrival time. Great breakfast - recommend you buy ahead - nice dining room and bar. Room had double and single and were comfortable beds. Room was nice and well-maintained. Great balcony with overhang that allowed us to sit outside despite rain. Fitness center was basic - no cardio machines. Really nice ski room....
