Treated my fiancée to a surprise weekend in Zermatt. We were given the Chalet, which was a great private chalet with a nice bathroom, living area and bed room located in the mezzanine. Nadja and her team were very accommodating, the breakfast was great, and the facilities were clean and practical. As we were skiing on our last day, Nadja...

This hotel was perfectly located, about 15 minutes walk from the ski slope with many restaurants and cafes nearby within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable and we even had a nice little balcony. The only downside to this hotel was the cost per night to stay here...

Our family travel with group in Dec, this is the first time for us to travel to Europe, in the beginning we feel difference of warm welcome from westerner guest and Asian guest from the hotel staff. Nice hotel only 200 metres from rail station. Well supplied breakfast room with a reasonable selection of foods. Have a courtesy bus to transfer guests back to the station. Nice views from balcony in rooms. No lunch or dinners available but plenty of choices nearby

We felt attitude of the staff was very poor. TV in the room didn't work either of two days we stayed. The front desk Natalie told us how to make it work. But it didn't. We then asked her to come. She came over and first blamed that we must have done something to it. Then went on to say...

We stayed in ‘Hotel Simi’ for 2 nights in the end of May. We had the receptionist come and pick us up from the station in the hotels battery operated taxi. This gesture was extremely helpful with 4 bags and 2 kids even though it was a short 3 minute walk from the station. We had a quick check in...
