Definitely recommend. Cervo is truly an amazing hotel, with just the right amount of luxury and charm. It's close enough to the town to be part of the action but far enough to have a beautiful view of the town as well as the surrounding...More

Please keep in mind that you also have to book the restaurants otherwise you end with second choice restaurants and long waiting times.
Personally, based on my waste experience of winter holidays in Switzerland and being Swiss, I would recommend you to Zermatt End of February / beginning of March. Rooms will be less expensive, snow conditions are much better, restaurants are easier to good and it will have a little bit less touristy. Also, a temperature is a bit warmer.
I am not sure why you pick this time of the year.
