Cet hôtel manque considérablement de modernité.
J'ai séjourné durant trois semaines complètes dans une des "Business suite".
L'hôtel paraît très vieux : bâtiment, intérieur, décoration, équipement,...
La télé marche très mal, il y a très peu de chaînes et la plupart d'entre elles sont en Allemand. Le sèche cheveux est un vieux "tube" ne séchant rien du tout et marchant une fois sur deux. Les lits sont petits, les couvertures aussi. Il n'y a pas de climatisation. Les téléphones ne marchent pas tous (certains n'ont pas de tonalité).
Le service est plutôt médiocre : par exemple, après avoir demandé d'avoir le son sur plusieurs chaînes de la TV, ces chaînes ont disparues...
De l'extérieur, difficile de repérer l'hôtel : seul la lettre "L" de "Hôtel" est éclairée (pour la porte d'entrée), et tout en haut du bâtiment, seul l'éclairage de "Europa" fonctionne.
Il y a un accès WIFI dans les chambres mais payant !
Deux points positifs cependant : les chambres sont très spacieuses, et le buffet du petit déjeuner est plutôt bien garni.
Le restaurant situé en dessous de l'hôtel est fermé le Dimanche... C'est néanmoins un plutôt restaurant surtout le soir, car le midi il y a bien trop de monde ce qui rend les serveurs stressés et très désagréables...
Le centre ville de Sion est à environ 20 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel.
Conclusion : si vous avez le choix, ne choisissez pas l'hôtel Europa de Sion !!!!

cet hôtel n'existe plus. Il a fermé depuis au moins 3 ans., donc pas grand chose à en dire.
Je ne peux que marquer "mars 2012" quand j'y suis allé, car on ne peut pas mettre d'autres dates.Il n'y a pas d'autre hôtel à cet emplacement, vous pouvez le radier de vos listes

We went there for one night and were very disappointed. It is a 4 star hotel but should be rated like a 3. Everything is very old-fashioned (furniture, bathroom, TV...), the bed is very small and there is no air-conditionning in the bedroom so it was very hot. It looks like everything is from the 70s. Not a lot of choice for the breakfast, definitely not what you should get in a 4 star-hotel.

Das Hotel liegt nahe des Flugplatzes von Sion, ansonsten bietet es wenig Komfort und das Frühstück ist höchstens Durchschnitt (auch kein Cappuchino erhältlich!). Als positiver Punkt ist jedoch anzumerken, dass gratis Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen (grosse Anzahl) und das Personal gut Deutsch spricht. Insgesamt jedoch eher enttäuschend. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte ausserdem der Fernbedienung des TV nicht.
