We spent only 1 night at this property, but we totally enjoyed our stay. Good location, big, clean rooms, great views. We particularly loved the reception team, everybody was most helpful. Totally recommended.

Checked in by a lovely girl on our arrival. We had booked The Alpine Room and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean with a balcony that offered stunning views. The candles were a lovely touch and l loved the wooden floors. A very comfy bed and was nice and quite. We didn't have time for breakfast. Would loved to have used the outside Jacuzzi but had a charge of 20CH each breakfast was extra too. Free parking. Good Wi-Fi. Overall a good experience.

I stood in this Hotel for 3 Nights. The Room was clean and seemed very new renovated. Stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but the buffett was not very large. Good coffee. The Bar/Restaurant should be longer open at the weekend.

I've been staying at this hotel off and on for many years. It was closed for a time for renovations and this visit, of more than a week, was my first after that work. What a difference! The decor is bright and modern, the restaurant/bar area not cluttered and the rooms appear more spacious (which is incredible because they are the same rooms). Don't expect great luxury, but do count on a very comfortable bed in a spotless room with free wi-fi. Breakfast is adequate, not stunning, but the restaurant is very good. The service is friendly and efficient. A kettle for tea/coffee making would be a farther improvement. So, if you are looking for a good, well situated hotel in Sion, this one has a lot to offer.

Personnel from reception and bar-restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Room very clean, everything was new. Bathroom very clean and totally new, suitable for 1 person, not very big, with shower cabin. Comfortable bed. Noise isolation between chambers is poor, but after 22:00 it was quiet. For outside noise there was good isolation, no noise. Price was a bit higher than in other locations in Sion, at the same hotel category. Distance from train station was 10-12 minutes by foot. Breakfast was basic, but coffee was real (from espresso machine, not soluble), which I appreciated.
