Fantastic hotel with incredibly nice staff. All you want you get. Our room was big with splendid view over the lake and mountain,the bed and pillows were also very comfortable.All I can say is superlative. I was so happy staying in the hotel and hope to come again. Although not cheap our 2 night stay here was a lovely experience The staff are truly friendly and helpful, reminding me of what good service should look like. We made use of the complimentary e bike hire- a great way to get around and the lift/bus/ train pass they provide you with also. Stunning views of the lake from our room. Complimentary mini bar was much appreciated and Nespresso coffees.

This is my first review on Tripadvisor though I travel extensively. We just checked out of Schweizerhof St Moritz and I had to leave a note for this hotel. We had such a good time from the get go. Right from the first conversation, Orazio was the most gracious host with his sunshine personality, warmth and fabulous recommendations for things to do. Rest of the staff at the hotel too is most hospitable. The location is central, food is amazing both at the breakfast as well as the restaurant and entire staff makes you feel so welcome. The stay ended on a high with a pristine yoga session on the Terrace with Jojo, a morning I will carry with myself for the longest time to come. While all hotels are into hospitality, the people at Schweizerhof have aced it!

I just stayed two nights at the Schweizerhof. The location is excellent, in the center of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa on the rooftop is great to relax, with nice views of the lake. And the breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

Our stay with you was just delightful and with out question we would recommend you to others. The transportation pass that was included was well used and much appreciated. We accidentally had left 2 items when we departed and the Schweitzerhof Staff very kindly shipped them off to our next accommodation..... such great service and consideration.

We stayed for 3 nights in June and loved it! First and foremost the staff (especially Orazio) were super friendly and helpful with recommendations for day trips and food. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town. Package includes lift passes and e bikes which proves to be great value. Hotel facilities were great, sauna and roof terrace for chilling out in the afternoon is a nice touch. Will definitely come again.

We had a glorious stay at Hotel Schweizerhof! Aside from the stunning view and very nice, comfortable accommodations, the hotel staff was superb! The reception staff, specifically Oriazo, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. His warm, positive and happy spirit was such a joy! The breakfast waffles are world class! The lounging area is perfect for relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel in middle of downtown; too far to walk from train station but they have a shuttle! Services were very limited due to Covid but room was great and staff very helpful. Several dining choices within easy walking from hotel but many closed due to Covid.

From our arrival after travelling on the Glacier Express until our departure the following morning, our experience at the Schweizerhof was entirely delightful. The staff were friendly and efficient, the views were stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was all we had hoped and more, and in general we were very sorry to be leaving after just one night. This hotel therefore comes highly recommended by all six members our party. In addition, the staff are rightfully proud of the history and architecture of their hotel's less visited public areas and they were happy to show us around. 10/10
