We had lunch here on a day trip to St Moritz from Menaggio. We had a very nice, simple meal with excellent Swiss wine. The waiter we had was exceptionally pleasant & helpful. The views ove the lake from the restaurant were very fine.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room had everything you needed including binoculars! Kettle in your room as well which is a bonus when abroad. Robes and slippers in your room as well. We ate in the restaurant both nights during our stay and the food was excellent, plenty of choice for everyone. Highly recommend the Apple Strudel! Plenty of selection at breakfast as well. Restaurant staff are great and they speak many languages. We had a table over looking the lake which is wonderful. If you like whisky there are 2500 to choose from in the impressive bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Small oddly shaped room but big enough for one and the views of the lake were spectacular. Enough electrical outlets, comfy bed and the pillow was great. Fridge, safe, backpack to use, robe and slippers, heated towel rack, binoculars. Walk in shower with heated floor. Close to train station. Buffet breakfast. Great hotel. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed hotel! Ou room was very clean with modern decor. Very spacious bathroom with large shower/bathtub. We enjoyed reserving bicycles and walking along the lake in front of the hotel. Conveniently located next to the train station but very quiet, situated on a hillside overlooking the lake. The restaurant offers an excellent selection for a delicious breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended!

The good things about this hotel is the view and the dinner. The food we ate everyday for dinner was amazing. However, this hotel has the most pathetic housekeeping service I have ever come across! They have one staff to clean the rooms and the whole morning she cleans one room and goes for lunch. So basically if you are out the first half of the day, you come back to a dirty room which is not a very pleasant sight. On top of that the lady daily asked me if she should change the sheets of the bed or not and when I asked her to she made a big face like I am asking for something unreasonable. There were no fresh toiletries provided on a daily basis which is a bare minimum in any hotel of standard. The housekeeping lady noticed there is still a little conditioner and lotion in my bottles so assumed I don’t need any more of it! The room curtains are very ugly to look at and they look very old fashioned. Infact the room decor is very outdated. The breakfast buffet is nothing to speak of, no fruits refill is done, if stuff is over I didn’t see the staff being prompt enough to refill. The breakfast buffet plates were so small that one has to get 5 plates for themselves to make sure they don’t have to get up everytime to get more food! We were told we have sit on the same table for the entire stay in the hotel for all our meals! I mean that was just ridiculous, I felt so strange to be told that as a guest, you have to sit in one place only. It made no sense just coz Covid 19 is still on! The dinner menu does not have much to offer to a vegetarian or a person who only eats chicken and fish, so unless you love pork and beef you will be disappointed with the menu! The hotel lobby is so tiny, one doesn’t know what to do with a child when you are not in the room, the child has no place to move around. Last but not the least my little daughter who is only 14 months old said so cutely bye to the lady at the reception which she didn’t bother to even acknowledge. They charged us CHF 400 per night and I would expect much more for that kind of money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This hotel is nice and warm, with and exceptional incredible view above the st Moritz lake! You have access to spa and parking, and also to a buffet breakfast that allows you to recharge battery. Also the whisky bar is unique! But what we have to admit is that the service in the restaurant by morning and by night is basic and dirty... With the Covid restriction on the service was not clean and organise... The people working were not attentive to that... The waitresses on the breakfast were unfriendly an unorganized, a little annoying also... So much that we choose to not eat there the second night.... Also at the entrance the welcoming Manuel in the morning is nice and helps you, gave us good advices. The woman in the evening is the opposite, didn't give us any explanations of facilities or advices for eat or visit....

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful vacation. The rooms are amazing, newely renovated, come with very comfortable beds and the view when you wake up is just stunning! The front office staff was very helpful. Breakfast and dinner both was excellent. There is a very nice little alpine spa which is just perfect to relax and recharge after a day full of activities. Highly recommened to stay here!

We ate on a stormy evening. There was high drama in the mountains with light shade and rain keeping us well entertained. Yes this restaurant has a great view of the lake and mountains. But the food and service are very good. We stared with the salad bar which was very good, fresh and with good variety. Mains were also great. A good size and well cooked. A super evening topped off with friendly and attentive service.

Fabulous food and lovely service from our waiter Alberto, topped by amazing views across lake and town. The whiskey selection is truly outstanding. We had a great time for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
