We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the hiking, trains and the orienteering. The hotel was a perfect hub for this activities, a lot of value for the money and very helpful staff. The location is great, nearby are two trainstations, bus stop and a short walk to the bergbahn.
Very good deal for skiing on the StMoritz Resort. Heated ski rooms, hard floors that resist ski boots, shuttle stop right by the building , a 5 mins ride to/from the lift. Breakfast is OK and all you can eat (no eggs though). Quiet place. Well heated, reasonably sound proofed rooms with wood planking on the walls to hide the concrete. Walking distance to a couple restaurants (do not miss the Bos-Co!). A bar at the reception. On the negative side: concrete building, do not go there if you look for something romantic. No views to speak of. And please for the breakfast, change the individual portions of butter, marmalade etc to something that makes less waste. It is possible: marmalade, honey, served in bowls, etc. We felt reeeeally bad with a table trash can full after breakfast for two. COVID is no excuse for this. And, please: Lipton yellow label is a miserable substitute for tea, and most tea drinkers do not give a damn about herbal teas at breakfast (as your personal may have noticed). A couple variants of blackand green tea could be nice. (twinings or other brand). Details, details...…
This was my 5th stay at the All in one hotel inn lodge and I can only recommend it if you are traveling through St. Moritz. It's funky minimalistic design is just great and also the breakfast in the morning is delicious.
ice rooms and free parking spaces. It's modern equipped and the service was very friendly. We had one of the loft like rooms with a small kitchen. It's central to visit different areas of the Engadin. As well you get a tourist card which allows you to use the public transport in the area for free.
This was our second time staying at the hotel. Firstly, the location is perfect for exploring the entire St Moritz and all surroundings. Secondly, it comes with the transport card and mountain railway included. Lastly, it has everything for family including a complete kitchen - useful when you have kids who are very picky in eating. Cant wait to visit again next season.
Positive: The location was easily accessible from the main road. The hostel was available from St Moritz centre by bus or train within minutes. A shower and a toiler in the room, many sockets for charging. Spacious common rooms. Negative: The bunk bed where I was sleeping was not stable. I slept on the upper bed and I was afraid it would collapse. Light from a conference room late at night was a bit disturbing. More warm dishes like eggs for breakfast would be nice.
Generally a good place to stay, but the studios at the front suffer from outside noise which is a problem if you need a window open for ventilation or cooling at night time. Guests and visitors park along the front of the building so expect some engine noise and doors slamming when you're trying to sleep or groups talking loudly even shouting while they smoke or linger outside. Perhaps a polite notice to keep noise to a minimum would help. Then the star rating would go up! Other than that we liked the robust modern design - although the new kitchen in the studio was already getting wobbly from use. A brilliant laundry room, ski/bike storage, recycling and even composting facilities were great - so too the helpful multilingual staff.
This hotel is more expensive than the ones we had in Zermatt (which was way better), we honestly didn't feel the standards was up to expectations because it's so expensive. The bathroom is dark and dim, gives off creepy vibes when you take a shower. I guess this place is good if you don't really care much. The basics are provided, but overall experience is just not what we were looking for given that pricing.
If you stay 2+ days, you get a card for free transport in the area. This card can be worth hundreds of dollars-- especially if you are a family going on vacation (as we were). The room and the staff were also great and were very helpful in recommending where we could hike.
We stayed here for two nights. We choose apartment with a small kitchen and bathroom. Food market was near the hotel, vey helpful and friendly staff, big private parking. Perfect starting point for trips and hiking.
