Lovely peaceful hotel beautifully perched atop Wengen village, 10 mins walk from station and ski station. Management and staff all extremely friendly and helpful. We (3) wanted to shower after skiing and well beyond our check out time, so a room was allocated with fresh towels without hesitation. The refurbishment has been done to create a lovely calm atmosphere with all rooms/balconies pointing straight out onto the magnificent valley below and the mountains beyond. No hesitation in recommending or returning. Thank you for a very special experience.

Recently refurbished hotel, stylish with original furnishings and lighting. The common areas are bright and airy and cheerful and the rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds. The hotel is set a little apart from Wengen centre which makes for a quiet location but it is still within easy walking distance from restaurants. And last but not least, the staff is absolutely lovely, kind, smiling, cheerful and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

I stayed in a single bed room for 3 nights. Very charming little hotel. Very quite. Everything is very clean. Sufficient breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. And a amazing view from the hotel rooms. The hotel is located only a five minutes walk from the ski lift (uphill). Ski and boots can be stored at the ski lift for free. Restaurants and pubs are near the ski lift (hotel has no restaurant). I can recommend this hotel especially for singles, couples and groups that prefer a quiet hotel and have no problem with a littel evening walk to eat out.

Every once in a while, you find a place that strikes the perfect balance with your holiday needs. This is one of those places. We were very excited to be returning to Wegnen but had not stayed at this hotel before. It was lovely. A peaceful, laid-back manner with really decent sized rooms, both the kids and ours had great views. Getting takeaway pizzas and watching the sunset together was a real treat. Andrea's and Jana were great hosts. Picking us up and dropping us off , generally making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was perfect for us, and we did not feel any of the covid stress despite everyone being respectful of the rules. We had access to a boot locker in town, which made the 5-minute walk to the lifts even easier. I have no doubt we will return. Thanks, Orlando and The Taylor Crew…

We stayed 3 days. Excellent experience. Everything was impeccably clean. The room had an amazing view. Small room and bathroom but that’s ok. It made it interesting and it is vintage so it makes sense it was small. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Hardworking, friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
