The location in Luzern for this hotel is perfect. The Front Desk Team during my check in on the 21st of November were all very friendly and attentive. I was very disappointed the next morning during breakfast when a huge group of Indian Tourist swamped the breakfast area. This is not acceptable where you have people standing all over the... More

The staff was super nice. Location is very convient directly across from the train. Some re modeling going on but the hotel handled that very well. We will stay with them again. Breakfast was included with our stay but i dont think with everyone. Good solid european breakfast

Very nice and professional welcome. Room are nice, clean and service is very good. it is very well located, right close to train station, tourist office and bars and restaurant. The starbucks is right at entrance, so ideal for a nice and confortable stay. I stayed there only a night before going hiking to Rigi.

I had a great stay at this hotel for two nights on my way to Israel. The room was great, check in was easy, and I was delighted to find there was a Starbucks in the hotel! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I didn't know I could exchange money there and that was very useful. They also let... More

The hotel is at the perfect location to get anywhere and our corner room offered us panoramic views of all lucerne. The room was exceptionally large, especially for europe and the bathroom had a large soaker tub. the breakfast in the morning was a great touch.

I just returned from Lucerne, Switzerland! Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had to date. I stayed at the Monopol hotel which was built in the late 1800's and is a beautiful building. Though there was a bit of of a language barrier, the staff was friendly and eager to help. The room was very comfortable and if... More

Hotel is very close to main railway station. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite. Only problem is check in time is 3 PM. Rooms are very good and you have coffee shop and Mc Donald restaurant. Hotel is very near to shopping and public transport facilities. Due to location there will not problem in locating the hotel. I strongly... More

Hotel is literally right across the street from the train station easy access. Very friendly staff, accommodations are roomy and comfortable. Easy walks to old town and downtown sites. Lots of great but somewhat expensive shopping. We chose it as a place to spend two days, unwind after a long vacation and enjoy exploring the downtown. Breakfast was excellent.
