We stayed at Beau Sejour for one night and enjoyed a lot. The location is perfect, however parking for the car was a bit difficult. The hotel is nice and cosy and the staff friendly. We also had a dinner in the hotel and the food was great, but the service a bit on the slow side. All in all: nice place and good value for the money

We stayed for two nights in July 2019. The hotel is well situated, with bus transport to the train station and center within 30m of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and were always available when we had a question. The hotel itself is lovely; it retained the grandness of a classic hotel with quirky modern décor touches. We stayed in room 22, which was spacious and bright with a balcony overlooking the park and lake. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and to our pleasant surprise, there was a standalone air conditioner in the room, which helped with both street noise and humidity. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of yoghurt, breads, cheese, sausages, and fruit, as well as scrambled and boiled eggs. Seating is available inside the dining room or on the lovely veranda, overlooking the lake. We have nothing but praise for the hotel and will definitely stay here again if travels bring us back to Lucerne.…

Lovely rooms, a very nice and quiet atmosphere, simple but very nice amenities, a very tastefully restored hotel in a grand venue! There were lots of families when I stayed with my little 3y.o. daughter, who loved it there! And kept quite brave.

We spent two unforgettable days at the petite grand hotel Beau Séjour at the Lake Lucerne. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and motivated. Also the breakfast had anything we desired: bread, croissants, cheese, cold cuts and juices. Anytime again.

My mother and I arrived unannounced midweek one late afternoon in September and were warmly welcomed at reception. We had been attracted by the look of the building from the outside as well as its view over the lake and proximity to Luzern town centre. Its simple and elegant interiors and polite, helpful and always professional staff added to its charm. We could not have hoped for a nicer experience. Though there aren't parking spaces outside the hotel, there are a few underground spaces available nearby at a very reasonable day rate. Breakfast with coffee (all day) were included. We were very kindly given two bottles of water for our journey back to Geneva. I will certainly recommend this establishment to friends and family, indeed anyone planning a visit to Luzern!
