Situé à 10 minutes en tram du centre ville de Lucerne, cet "hôtel" ( en fait un immeuble réhabilité) se trouve dans un quartier franchement isolé qui à priori ne donne pas envie d'y séjourner. Sauf que, il se trouve dans une rue avec une ambiance particulière typique "helvétique" avec son restaurant italien, son vrai restaurant traditionnel et quelques commerces "alternatifs". Gestion du style AirB&B avec assistance sur place si besoin. Pas de ménage au quotidien. Appartement de grande dimension, cuisine, joliment décoré, très fonctionnel. Agréable. Propre, wifi de qualité, café, thé, parapluie, chocolat, pas de problème pour parking, etc... Je le recommande sans réserve pour les familles et les personnes qui doivent passer plusieurs jours à Lucerne.

It was my very first stay outside in Lucerne. Rented this place while was figuring a permanent place to stay.Its nearby my work place. Advantage:clean,huge,very modest and nice staff,hot water perfect,great view,reasonable price,furnished apartment.Located by the river side and petrol company.Peaceful and quiet.As well good for group sharing or traveling. Disadvantages:sharing of apartment(had an incident of drunk guys sharing with me and they ended up beating each other), slightly off the city centre,small lift space,not many restaurants around.No breakfast or food provided.i guess no wifi as well. It's a perfect place for budget travelers as well family and those who likes to isolate like me.If you have a car to travel it's good too. I personally liked the staff/owner not so sure the guy with long hair he is extremely nice and helpful and polite. You can get to him or other staffs if u need any explanations. Place is easy accessible via public buses and taxis otherwise I'm not sure. For sure I will go back here if I needed to stay outside.…

(呢間住宿又叫Easy Living Apartments) 登記入住過程較長，因為接待處並不是廿四小時長開，最好同酒店方面約定時間登記入住。員工幾好人，講咗好多資訊畀我地知同埋態度好親切，拎到鎖匙之後上到去好有家嘅感覺，兩個出租嘅單位都乾淨而且裝修簡單但得體，單位設備都好齊全，有哂煮食需要嘅爐具、焗爐同餐具，同時暖氣露台都有，而洗衣機就需要去地底果層，免費wifi都有。交通方面，層樓附近一分鐘距離就有巴士出市中心(可再搭火車去Engelberg，Titlis)，同埋有直接去Kriens嘅巴士，方便上Pilatus，班次都好密，同埋出返去需時都係二十分鐘左右，非常方便。

Catch a bus from Lucerne railway station bus no 2 to emmenbruke / sprengi and get down at fluhmule. Apartment right next to gas station (Coop Store). Kitchen facility available. Comfortable stay with balcony overlooking Lucerne city. Every room has got a beautiful view. Well maintained. Receptionist is of great help. Would come again surely.
