i think people are probably turned off by the fact that this hotel is in the middle of geneva's red light district.. that's good for those of us who know that that detail isn't a big deal and you end up missing out on a really good hotel deal for the convenience of the most centralized location in town, plus... Stayed for a night in Geneva and it was a last minute booking but very happy with the place, it is on a street near the red light district but this is a Central European Red Light district so almost a tourist place and I did not see any trouble or feel intimidated in any way The place is right... The apartment was conveniently located close to station as well as a short walk to the lake. the apartments were ok for a few nights and were clean and tidy. the woman on reception was nice and friendly. On the down side the building is in an extremely noisy street which is in the red light area. The street is... More

It's located 5 min walking distance from the geneva lake, bus station and excursion office. Everything is near, however the strip club and sex shop are even nearer. The only view i had was a building with naked women on windows. Literally naked with open windows talking to men downstairs. Basically its a prostitute street. However, breakfast was good and... I picked this place because of its location on a map, close to the central station and Geneva Lake, what I did not anticipate was the amount of prostitutes and ghetto feel. My partner did not feel safe. on the plus side it really is close to the train station and lake and some good cheap eateries around. Hotel itself... More

arriving from the train or parking lot a block away will bring you past the strip clubs a block away which gives you a bad first impression for a nice place to stay. We had that impression but really enjoyed our two day stay. We had no problems with the referenced businesses and usually arrived from the Rue des Paquis... More

This apart hotel was quite comfy if a little cramped.very sweet front office lady who was most helpful. Our major grouse was the neighborhood..Very open red light area..NOT for families. dubious looking guys at all hours milling around too. Would avoid again. Surprisingly well located otherwise ,a short walk from the trains and lakefront. Pity..

Lovely set of apartments with kitchenettes, dining areas & living areas, could easily be like personal place. Should be noted this is located in the idle of the red light district so can be noisy & a bit unfortable for sloe I'd imagine walking down the street at times but other than that can't fault it. Free travel passes, staff... More

Decent hotel, small but clean rooms. Reception staff was quite helpful but not always available, they usually left by 9pm but we were previously informed of this. Only breakfast available at the hotel, it's not exactly a hotel per se but more like a lodging place. Hotel is located in a central area, walking distance from both Lake Geneva and... More
