Excellent location. Reasonably appointed. Breakfast was basic but fresh. For the price point I would have expected a better standard in all areas of the hotel. Okay for a short trip if nothing else available. however there are better hotels for the same price in Geneva.

As I reserved the hotel I assumed it was still under the Best Western umbrella - after spending a night there I understand why it is no longer a BW. On the positive side: location is quite convenient, the room was clean, wifi was decent, the TV screen looked pretty recent and my room on the 5 had a balcony.... More

The location of this hotel is perfect. The bus 12 stops in front. The is a mall just crossing the street, Eaux Vives, with a big supermarket, plus you can go walking to the lake, 4 to 5 minutes. The decoration is old, but the beds are confortable. I've been twice and I really recommend it if you don't want... More

I went to Genève for a short city break. Hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Food was alright and they made sure everything was always at the buffet, which was nice. Room was clean, spacious, well proportioned with very comfortable bed. Decorations was a bit old fashioned, looked good tho. Bathroom was clean , shower could be better tho.... More

This hotel is located relatively close to the city center & the old town, everything from high end shopping area to the old town and it's magnificent small restaurant & cafes is within walking distance. Very small but cosy hotel, breakfast is basic and the rooms are very small but clean & quiet. The staff is very friendly.

Originally I scheduled a one night trip via booking.com and then shortly thereafter decided to extend my stay and made another booking the following night also, so in effect making my trip a 2 night stay total rather than one. When checking in, reception saw only a reservation for one night, after I explained the situation they found the next... More

From the outside the hotel doesn't seem like much (old, not well maintained), the inside is classical (but old-fashioned, you have to like that sort of thing). Employees are impolite, are not forthcoming/ helpful, big downer!! For the price it's okay I think, not too overpriced/ overrated compared to the rest of Geneva.

The rooms are small, dusty and old-fashioned The lift has room for three! guests (good to know if thgere is ever a fire!) The breakfast is adequate but the breakfast room itself is badly lit If you need an incentive to go out and do something... five minutes in your room should do the trick!

A hotel that seems to be living in another dimension or bygone times, small, cramped, low quality room for an outrageous price. Depending on your budget aim for any of the IHG brands (Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza or Holiday Inn) and you will have a 100 times better experience. Avoid at all costs.
