Such a charming hotel, very central and right by the lake. You feel like you are taken back to another time. Timelessly classic. Amazing ambience in the bar and on the terrace, delicious cocktails to go with the view. We loved the Sissi cocktail and the Pork Gyoza. A heartfelt thanks to the whole team for the splendid and welcoming service we received during our stay. We loved our room, the view and our meal. Everything was perfect and it was a wonderful welcome to Switzerland for my friend.
The Beau Rivage Hotel is my absolute favorite hotel in Geneva and this trip elevated it to one of my favorite hotels - period. The staff is welcoming, friendly and goes out of its way to help and make the experience all the more memorable. The rooms are clean, well equipped with all necessary amenities, and tastefully decorated. It’s hard to beat the views of the lake, especially in the morning as the sun radiates into the room while enjoying coffee with the window open. The overall charm of the hotel also comes from the beautiful decorations that adorn the open and sunlit hallways. A beautiful spring day allows you to enjoy the quaint terrace for a great brunch and crossing the street opens you to options for a great run or stroll along the lake. Only a few minutes walk from downtown, it remains close to some great restaurant options and is less than a ten minute walk to the train station. A bientot!…
Beautiful hotel and excellent location. 5 star BUT the room air conditioning is sub par. The room was very warm and stuffy even with air conditioning on high. They had a floor fan that made it bearable. The service was excellent. Everyone was very hospitable.
We had an incredible stay at the Beau-Rivage. First, our room was like staying in a royal palace. The lake view corner suite has a huge living room and beautiful bedroom, all overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. From offering to return our rental car and fill up the gas, to walking us over to the amazing cigar bar next door, everyone was focused on making our stay special. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Geneva.
The first time I came to this place was in 1981 and I was a little kid with my parents. Since then, this is my place to be when I come to visit this beautiful country, Switzerland. I don’t think there is any place better to be in Geneva than the Beau-Rivage. After four decades of coming here, continues to be the best attention ever, elegant rooms, comfortable beds, pillows and linens, bath accessories. Not to mention the morning breakfast in the room or anything you ask for. The team at Beau-Rivage always Mande our stay feel like a dream come true, anything you ask for will be delivered at the upmost top level (or beyond imagination). I hope I will have the opportunity to come many more times!!
My families European vacation concluded in Geneva. The Beau Rivage was our final stop. We saved the best for last. The service, location and staff were all excellent. Although a little more expensive than our other stops the assistance of the staff and concierge made it well worth the extra money. I highly recommend the hotel.
I would strongly recommend to book this hotel for your trip to Geneva because it's just in front of Geneva's Lake and the famous fountain and walking distance to the old town and the English Garden (Flower Clock) and many other attractions.
My daughter and I spent a few days in Geneva an a multi-city European vacation. Our time at the Beau Rivage was a highlight! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. The room was large and the hotel is centrally located. We will be sure to return.
We had a fantastic stay at the Beau-Rivage. Besides the stunning property, the staff made every minute of our stay fabulous. As the weather allowed, we were able to enjoy our dinner on the terrace (which was delicious by the way!). We will definitely have to try the Michelin star restaurant on our next trip. We can't wait to come back.
A faultless stay at the Beau-Rivage, a beautifully appointed property on the lakeside in Geneva. The room was immaculate, quiet & well-serviced. Staff were exemplary - welcoming, professional & striking exactly the right balance. I really can't find anything to fault or improve - & that's quite rare.
