We were a women group who stayed there and enjoyed the stay after a gruelling train trip from North Switzerland. The rooms were comfortable and we got the value for our money. Friendly staff. a senior citizen friendly property for sure.

In Geneva, the ppl were pleasantly nice, and helpful most speak English. Switzerland is an artistic, and well groomed clean city. Jet d’ Eau fountain in the middle of the lake is so pretty. I stayed @ Warwick Geneva Hotel & the room they gave me overlooked the Lake as well as the Metro where you can buy food or clothes from shops. Adjacent to the hotel is the Cornavin Rails to take you to other nearby cities like Ouchy where the Olympic museum is located, Vevey where the Charlie Chaplin museum is located & where they have a giant fork in the middle of the lake near the food museum Alimentarium. Oh don’t forget the famous “Broken Chair” of Geneva near the United Nations. Switzerland, has many famous Castles, but the Chateau Chillon / Montreux in Montreux is very special and a must see. Go to Travel Information to book a bus or go online to Monte Blanc-Chamonix which is 9000 ft above ground to ski or just take in the sights, and take photos at the top. But, you might get light headed, unless you’re use to these heights. However, the rails is a direct ride from city to city in Cornavin rails to other cities. So much more to see but we didn’t have anymore time. The same rails is only 7 mins from Airport from Warwick Geneva Hotel.

I choose this hotel for the second time as I stay there a while back. Location is great even though prices in Geneva hotels are absurd I thought that this would be a good choice. As I was checking in I was informed that my breakfast was included I never usually take breakfast in hotels but since it was included I was glad to take it. They brought the breakfast to the room for the two days that I was there even when checking out it was confirmed that it was included until the assistant front office manager emailed me stating that it was not included and they had to charge me part of it. I replied to her however she still charged me half of the price, This is not the issue the issue is that their staff wasn’t attentive they really did not read the information correctly and due to their mistake I paid the price for it. The hotel wasn’t busy so there’s no excuse for the staff not to read my profile correctly. The room itself was fine spacious but for this price you expect a bit more they’re barely any amenities in the room nothing is offered except a small bottle of water. I might come back as I like the location of the hotel and during these tough times there isn’t much choice in Geneva unless you want to pay thousands of Francs. But this hotel Really needs to get it together. During those slower times the staff needs to be trained properly and to know how to communicate with the guests. It would’ve been much more professional if they have excused himself and charged just a small amount not to charge the most expensive breakfast charge. This is not a review to ruin the reputation but to have some constructive feedback from this mistake because it was not handled properly I expect a lot if I do return

I booked a trip to Geneva to celebrate my dad's 50th birthday and decided on the Warwick Hotel. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and the location was just perfect. We got a free train ticket to get from the airport and when we came out of Cornavin station, we realised that the hotel was straight across the road, which made it really easy to use our Swiss Travel Pass for exploring other parts of Switzerland including Gruyeres, Bern, Bulle, Interlaken etc. The travel pass that we were given on check-in for getting around Geneva was really useful and made it super easy to explore the sights, such as Musée Ariana and Jardin Botanique. The hotel is only a short walk away from the Old Town, the Jet D'eau and the Jardin Anglais, where you'll find the infamous Flower Clock. When we got to the hotel, the staff had kindly put a bottle of Champagne (which was very much appreciated), a fruit platter, chocolate and some complimentary bottles of water in the room for us. Staff were all super friendly, spoke English very well (which gave me a break from translating everything) and very informative about public transport. After a very tiring hike up the Harder Kulm, I decided to order room service when we got back and it was also fantastic. As an English person, I was reluctant about ordering fish and chips (and also disappointed with myself for not going with something more continental) but they were fantastic and just like back at home. I also ordered the Gruyeres meringue for dessert which was just beautiful. We stayed at the back of the hotel and didn't hear any street noise at all. A fantastic base for exploring both Geneva and other areas of Switzerland. Thank you so much Warwick Geneva for making my dad's 50th birthday so memorable and for being so welcoming. We shall return!
