The rooms are quite big for Geneva city centre but fairly basic. The hotel only has a breakfast room (not uncommon of course) and the breakfast is standard fare.
Best thing is the location - very central!

My booking didn't include breakfast. The breakfast room is on the top floor which commands a good view of the city. I suggest you try the hotel breakfast once and then decide if you'd like to try other places around.

For information about our hotel, the best way is to contact us by phone or mail. Tripadvisor is not a common way to discuss with the operation as the comments arrive often in the marketing department and not at the front office. On top of that, we nearly receive no question through this channel. I have 5 hotels in Switzerland and I checked that I received in 2016 only one question per hotel since November. In 2015, I received 5 question for 5 hotels and in 2014 only one!
On top of that, I presume that from these few questions, some are part from a study done by a research institute to test the answer from hoteliers.
